Apex purchased my mortgage from another lender. All interactions with Apex have been professional and pleasant. Had insurance work done on the house and needed to get a check signed by them, Ian made sure the check was turned around quickly so repairs could be completed. The new online payment system is much improved as well.

Mr. Jason Herrera has assisted me on two or three occasions. I was unable to access my online account until he made all the neccessary adjustments. He was very helpful and courteous. Thanks and keep on your excellent service.

My loan was transferred from a previous company (which also had many procedural issues) to Apex Bank sometime in June 2020. I was not officially entered and made active in the Apex Bank system until around October/November 2020. I had been making payments as my own decision because I did not want to damage my credit standing through this transition. At the time, the Apex Bank representative actually instructed me that they could not accept payment as I was not in their system. But I paid every month anyways. Several months later (in 2021) I found out Apex Bank marked me as Late for the November 2020 payment, they reported me three months delinquent. This has tarnished my credit rating significantly. I am at a loss and still figuring out how to correct/reverse this error which should not have occurred. I would gladly raise my rating of their service if someone would call me back and correct this issue.
