Dave, Josh and the whole team were wonderful to work with. I would recommend them to anyone. They were supportive throughout the whole process and they served us with honesty and integrity. We worked with them for a year while we had a contract for a house being built and they made the process so easy for financing and they took the time to hear our concerns and made us feel valued. If you want to work with a company that treats your like family then you definitely want to work with them.

Overall my experience with AnnieMac was good. They offer very competitive loans and their teams are well versed in the loan process. The reason for 4 stars, instead of 5 stars was that the appraisal process took longer than expected. The appraisal process has little to do with AnnieMac; however there appeared to be large communication gaps between the appraiser, appraisal agency, and AnnieMac. AnnieMac could probably of helped a little more to close these communication gaps; however, my overall experience with them was a good one.
