Was a loyal customer since 1993. Dropped them with verbal notice when rates kept going up. They sent me a bill after cancellation & starting with a different company. Had the new provider send a copy of the new policy to them. I called questioning it & was told I was responsible for the bill because I did not send a written letter cancelling the policies. They also told me if I didn't pay, they would send it to collections and ruin my credit! Wound up calling the insurance regulator. So glad to be rid of this agent.

The office staff at this location is absolutely exceptional. They are very friendly and get things done fast. Never will change insurance soley based on them.
