Andy was diligent in processing my application for a mortgage. The process was fairly easy with knowing which documents to upload and gave excellent details in how to upload them on to the Waterstone Mortgage Corporation site. He kept me in the loop as to what was still needed and he supported me throughout the process. He was always professional and courteous when speaking with me. The mortgage process can be daunting but Andy and his support staff were always very helpful.

I was waiting to write a review until we had used their services for a while to make payments. It turns out they sold our loan to a terrible company even before the first payment was due. We picked them partly because they were a local company and we wanted to support the community so we are disappointed. The experience up to signing was good with good weekly updates but did not care for the huge animated GIFs at the beginning of many/most the emails. It is especially obnoxious on mobile. We had a good experience when we talked to people directly and they answered our questions well.
