Tried to sell some DVDs here today and was met with a very sour woman who looked at ONE DVD and said they're all in too bad of shape and she wouldn't buy them. VERY POOR customer service!

Stopped in today and asked for a price on having a gemstone put into a ring. Was met with indifference. Was told "mother" made the jewelry and she was not there. I asked if I could call back to get information and she just shrugged her shoulders. BAD customer service! Will never go back into store and would recommend the same for others.
