ANB Bank Milestone Dr, Fort Collins

Ever since the merger when ANB took over Capital West Bank my experience has been terrible. For the first 3+ months, every single time I made a transaction there was a mistake on the bank's side including depositing funds into the wrong account, and crediting payments to the wrong line of credit causing erroneous charges to be levied. The experience with customer service getting that sorted out was abrupt and rude. I miss the stellar team from Capital West (the ones responsible for the two 5-star ratings).

. I have been a Capital West customer since the first of the year. I am so impressed with the professionalism and competentcy of the staff at Capital West. I own a small business and problems have a tendency to arise. They get on task and solve the problems, every time. It is amazing. There are times when I feel like the whole bank is working for me! I've used the online portal at ANB bank for conducting business at my company. We needed to reconcile some accounts and the transaction ledgers at ANB were very helpful, as they show all of the transaction history in a laid out fashion and can easily be exported to Excel. The Multi-Factor authentication works quickly as well, which is a nice addition to the platform.

ANB customer since Jan of 2017 and can't say enough about the service I receive from the bank and their employees. I'd compare it to where FirstBank was 10 years ago before they got bigger and lost their personal touch.
