The employees there not respectful and they don’t take turns Amscot need to hire more people professional not a junkie

Good when in desperate need... I had a part time job and only qualified for $100, haven't needed from them for two years just when i do, i go give them a paystub from my new job which i make alot more than what i did back then. And still qualified for $100 really needed a little more because my car broke down and had to get a dealer vehicle. Lady (Ella) that was taking care of me was horrible at even communicating with me or explaining anything! Asking me for a bank statement when i gave her the most recent paystub that had my bank acc because it went direct deposit, couldn't explain NOTHING at all Not the best experience

This place randomly decided they won’t notarize POA forms anymore? I’ve gotten them done there several times but the person working simply said, nope, we don’t do those here. She was very rude about it too. So if you need a POA notarized don’t waste your time trying to do it here.

The other employes are very kind and helpful however Courtney is rude and unprofessional. I've never once had a bad experience with amscot but this woman gives this business a bad name. All I asked for was change and she refused to give us change without charging for it. Which they legally cannot do. And when I brought it up she ignored us. You can't just pretend you didn't hear a request. Next time, drive the extra mile to another amscot.

Went to get a western union from a friend. Had done this transaction multiple times. They told western union i wasnt the person on my i.d. and they tried to keep the money from the person that was sending it.

The pregnant girl in the blue shirt at window 094 at 2:36pm today 01/04/2020 needs to learn how to inform people. I was trying to cash a western union money order. I walked in and asked if they do western union she told me yes and asked for my id. After cashing the money order and shorting me $4 she then explains that they charge a fee. Then I get to car and realize the fee was $3.96 and she stole $0.04 from me. I don't care about the $0.04 but it's the principle of it that bothers me.

Girl was nice and they're following social distancing for customers. They're on top of each other with no masks so not really following it themselves. They waited till after they notarized my document to tell me they only take cash so my only option was their atm that costs money.

Amscot is a fine company but I just had the worst interaction with their teller Courtney. I walked up to a window without being flagged, no hello, no eye contact- completely ignored me for almost 10 minutes. I stepped back and allowed the other teller to flag me to her window. Courtney then proceeded to actually SCOLD me for moving windows saying 'that's not how we work her, we go by window'. I let her know she never told me to step up so I moved. She then cut me off while I was speaking passed the money order and walked away. A smile would have killed her- I'm sending the same review about Courtney's awful customer service to corporate as well. How

Well this place is nothing but trash, any white person can come in there put what every amount on their prepaid card or a money order with no question ask, but when a minority comes in to do the same thing their money must be dirty(drugs), they have to be cleaning it or it's for terrorist. I'll never do business with them again and neither will my friends and family.
