Amscot - The Money Superstore N Armenia Ave, Tampa

Every time I come to this amscot I get treated as if these Spanish workers over look my color which is black 🖤 this not the first time this ever happened to me every time I gotta give them the customer been in line over ten mins look 🙄..the red hair mess up eyebrows I assume supervisor who never engaged with us spoke in Espanol to blue collar Spanish chic to call me to window. Then I waited for 15 mins then walk out I told customer which is Spanish that maybe they will knowledge him instead ..this is in a Spanish location in Tampa FL I DNT recommend I strange dig to spit stop in the look they gve u like they DNT wanna be there in one be out door with her boyfriend Honda low ride accord shyt just unprofessional in my eyes

If your not Spanish this location will treat you like your a dog. They will leave you standing there while other latino people walk in and immediately be helped. So if your from this country be prepared to be ignored! What a terrible way to conduct business. Will not go back to this location ever!

Worst customer service. I never give a one star rating; but this place deserves it.

This place sucks. Worst branch in tampa. The workers move so slow and all only seem to work on one customer when there is 10 at the window and more in line. I'd rather pay for my money order than come to this place, and pay my bills elsewhere because I never get good service at this location

I don't even want to put a star. I walked 2 miles to this amscot. And if they told me they would pick me up and give me free money I would tell both the ladies that worked on the night of 07/17/2015 to put the free money .............. Ok I won't say where but I will never EVER go to this amscot in my life I would starve to death first.

Helpful staff and always very friendly, and who doesn't like Tootsie rolls 😁

Always greets me by name and takes care of me very fast I pay my Tampa Electric bill and my City of Tampa water bill there every month never had a problem Great personnel

The worse! Always when I need quick money Amscot anywhere for years has been there to help. This is the only location that gives a hard time to lend you the money and accept the date you tell them the money will be available. They want to lend you the money charge the same 300% interest and get paid back in a week. 30 days should be enough profit for them. I will NEVER go back to them. RUDE RUDE people.

This mascot is a joke, I am a business owner and my clients/customers are always taken care of, I have never seen such horrible service. There employee Denny and manager Eileen are the worst customer service representatives I have ever dealt with. I never use amscot , I was simply going to cash a check with a family member, they did not take the time to do anything . I really hope they are moved to a location where that attitude is acceptable, because they act as if they dislike having employment. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Worst workers ever.... rude, slow and with attitude BUT I PUT THEM IN THEIR PLACE and now they treat me ok, so heads up and do the same LET THEM KNOW
