Ive been coming to this store for years with no issue until today. They have new staff and the Assistant Manager "Blanca" was unbelievably rude. She also lied saying she was the GM when in reality she isnt. Employees should keep their personal problems at home!
Mr. Trevino, Our supervising staff has discussed this situation with the Assistant Manager, who was Acting Manager that day, and the other associates assisting you. We are confident they will resolve any similar issue more quickly in the future.
