My closing would have been completed in about 3 weeks, but I delayed it for another 2 weeks for additional preparations. She obtained us a lower interest rate and ALWAYS stayed in communication. Quentin was my loan officer and he is phenomenal! He is attentive to detail, moves your paperwork through quickly and makes sure you understand everything happening! He closed our loan in 3 weeks!!! We have done a loan with him twice and he was exceptional both times! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Absolute scam company. Please do not give them your money. It sounds great when you talk to them on the phone. As soon as you pay the $500 fee you will be ghosted and never hear from them again. This place seriously needs shut down, and some of these crook's need arrested.

Almost 5 months didn't close. I backed out before they ruined my credit. Told me if I got a CPA to do a p&l they could use that income. They would use it to determine my income. After getting that done they said they don't do that anymore. Should of asked me to do that in the first month. Not happy with Amerisave

We hit a reporting snag that could have caused it to reject, but because of his diligence, my loan was approved. I have had several mortgages on different properties through the years, and Aimee Rhea at AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation was hands down, the best loan origination officer I have dealt with over the past 50 years. She either answered her phone right away, or called me back within minutes to answer my questions on required documents, details in the Closing Disclosures, & the timeline. It didn't matter if it was after her normal working hours, or on weekends. She made sure she communicated with me ASAP. The loan process from beginning to end was only 1 month, and I was more than impressed that no documents were lost by the mortgagor, and they essentially did everything they said they were going to do. I give AmeriSave 5-Stars on their professionalism, & their expeditious handling of the loan from start to finish!

Curtis ****** our loan originator at AmeriSave was the consummate professional. He was thorough and explained everything in detail. He took an often complicated and anxiety ridden experience and turned it into an understandable and smooth flowing encounter. I would encourage anyone requiring mortgage services to deal with Curtis you will not be disappointed. The AmeriSave process was quick and easy. Everything was accomplished from start to closing without leaving our home. When the account was passed on to the Processor for closing however the communication lacked and the third party company handling a lot of the closing responsibilities was very poor. When you get to this stage you need to be very on point and actively pursue answers. Although when I spoke to an AmeriSave representative regarding this he used the third party as an excuse. My response is, third party or not they are part of the AmeriSave process and represent such. I would encourage people to strongly consider AmeriSave they beat all the quotes we had from other top lenders and in the end we are satisfied with the results of our final outcome.

We had a great experience with our refinance of our mortgage. We consolidated our first and second mortgages, along with a few credit card loans, into one new mortgage. Our loan officer, Marcus Ford, was amazing. He helped us get all of our documents uploaded into the application, helped us lock a low rate, and scheduled the appraisal in an extremely timely manner. All in all he helped us close the loan in about 20 days instead of the 30 to 45 days he told us it might take. The cash out payment was wired into our bank the day the loan funded. Everything went smoothly in a very difficult market with all of the loans being processed nationwide. Marcus answered calls when I made them, and returned emails quickly. It was, as I said at the first of this review, a great experience!

We had a great experience with AmeriSave Mortgage! Stephen Lally not only was great at explaining everything but he got the job done for our home refinancing so quickly! He checked in and made many corrections until we were satisfied with the all the details. There were a few glitches with the website but overall it went very smoothly. Curtis helped us through the refi process, and it was not the cumbersome process that I thought it would be. Curtis our loan advisor, explained every detail and helped us understand the paperwork, which I might add was refreshingly minimal, as well as, very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions in a language we could understand. AmeriSave Mortgage was easy to deal with. Everything but the closing was done online. Helpful and friendly people to deal with. William (my loan originator) was easy to work with. Amerisave Mortgage has been a great experience for refinancing. Communication was exemplary. Multiple contacts that keep you informed; all reporting & reports are done online; Better Business research showed those who weren’t satisfied didn’t want to admit that the application fee was non/refundable if they choose not to pursue & most cases were refunded anyways! I was concerned with processing everything online but concerns quickly disappeared. The rate I locked in was actually lower than when I initially applied. Jonathan Moore was exceptional to work with; was able to address all my concerns. I would recommend Amerisave to everyone looking to finance or re-finance a home.

We were fortunate enough to refinance at a lower rate to take money out for our daughters college tuition and repairs/upgrades to our home two years consecutively. I went with AmeriSave because their rates were very attractive. The whole process took about 4 months, even though my loan had no issues at all. I never had a way to see what the progress was, and only when I emailed my originator would he send me any news, like "they're working on it". Many of the documents they wanted were requested late in the process, when they should have asked for them right at the beginning, and this just caused more delays. Even my originator couldn't tell me what was going on. Now that it's finally finished, though, I'm glad I got the lower rate compared with local banks, although it would have been much easier to deal with a local bank.

Brady did an excellent job with our refinance! He was always available when we had questions. Brady is very knowledgeable with the whole process from start to finish. I highly recommend if you are going to refinance, or a new finance, you go with Brady and AmeriSave. We got an excellent interest rate too!

This my is 4th or 5th refi with Amerisave. There has never been any bait and switch tactics. Since I have done so many refis, I was able to complete refis in under 2 weeks since they had all my info already. I have worked with Rob Cantrell on 4/5 refis and he has been great. They have even matched other offers when I found a better deal. I highly recommend Amerisave for your housing needs.

I've done about 15 mortgages over the last 30 years. For this refi I included 3 internet based companies with 4 traditional banks. My priorities were, in order: 1) lowest loan costs/expenses, 2) ease of doing business/professionalism, and 3) Rates. If you shop, all the rates get down to pretty close so the other two are really more important. AmeriSave (Tim A.) was highly competitive from the start, and ultimately my selection. After a quick and no-issue close it was re-affirmed I'd picked the right lender! Great job AmeriSave.

As Kyle Fertig being my Amerisave Loan Originator was a total blessing because it turned out to be a stress free endeavor. Don’t even enquirer with them. I used Lending Tree to look for a loan. While I expected to be contented by the companies, I didn’t expect to be harassed by one. AmeriSave would call me 3-4 times a day, every single day. I tried blocking numbers from AmeriSave, but they always called from a different number. Probably using a number generator. When I finally got fed up over a week later and answered so I could tell them to remove from their calling list, the woman who answered was rude and even hung up on me! So unless you like being harassed with multiple phone calls every day and want to deal with rude customer service, take your inquires elsewhere.

Russell was amazing throughout our mortgage process. He was responsive any time of day. He was able to answer any of my questions and even helped with pricing when I assumed we would be out of luck. I can not reccomend Russell highly enough and would love to work with him if I ever needed another mortgage.

Worst Mortgage company to consider. When it comes to your largest investment this is not the company you want. I recently just resigned from Amerisave after being forced to call clients on the "DO NOT CALL LIST"every single day. This company calls clients from a Scam phone number everyday. This Company does try so hard to steal Rocket mortgage clients amongst other lenders. High chance this company keeps your loan in process without closing. They'll also ask for your appraisal fee knowing they cannot close your loan. I will not even wish my worst enemy to work with Amerisave mortgage. Also late on paychecks which also broke the ice for me. Being late on paychecks I'll never trust you with my mortgage.

Attempting to poach Rocket Mortgage customers by spamming their phone is not a good business approach. I've blocked at least 10 numbers from AmeriSave, and they continue to call me from new numbers. Scummy business practice. I've asked them to stop calling. Take the hint.

We have no interest in using you as our lender!! Please stop calling! Just today 5.11.22 your company has called me on a business trip 4 times! I explained I already have a lender, and I am not interested! Anyone seriously looking for a home mortgage steer clear! This is predatory behavior, and I refuse to do business with them.

Beware the behind the scenes. Wesley Felts at Amerisave changed our homeowner's insurance to reflect then as the mortgage servicer prior to the loan even being finalized. Our homeowner's policy was cancelled as a result because when Amerisave (who wasn't actually servicing the loan), was sent the bill, they did not notify us. When I received notice in the mail, I contacted Wesley, who took the time to chastise me and say that it was their policy and that other people had positive experiences. When I asked who I could talk to about getting the issue fixed, he said he would contact someone in customer service. Instead, he called back two minutes later to continue his harassment. I will never use Amerisave for a home loan and will tell everyone I can to do the same. I have already reached out to customer service, so any comment below alluding to me not doing so, is false.

Our loan originator, Darius Collins, was very professional in his work. He is a good listener, understands your needs and goes from there to get the optimum benefits for you in terms of closing rate, communication with third parties. My experience with AmeriSave was truly life changing. I was looking to desperately refinance my home to get a better interest rate. My interest rate was 5.75 percent and I felt like I was just paying interest and I had a mortgage payment that was not comfortable for me especially being single raising three children. I applied for a refinance with my current lender at that time and I was told that I needed to pay down roughly 7k of my debt to qualify and I knew that was totally out of reach for me. I decided to reach out to a different lender at that time and my experience was terrible. If you decide you want your inbox flooded with the same generic messages every single day, then go ahead. Even more if you flat out tell them that YOU DO NOT WANT TO PROCEED WITH THE LOAN which is followed-up by a half written, half effort, attempt to tell YOU that you can do just a little better. But just a little. Well AmeriSave, I believe YOU can do better by first, have your employee go back to junior high to retake rudimentary grammar and secondly, respecting that I do not want to proceed with the loan. You see folks, when my original loan officer pulled my credit, AmeriSave got a whiff of it and began to call me, much like how a shark might respond who has received the slightest (ever so slightest) hint of blood in the water. When I answered, I asked if they were with my loan officer. "Uh yea, sure. Lets get you set up." And that's all it took for me to take the bait, pay the $500 dollars, have my loan officer call me to tell me no, he has nothing to do with AmeriSave, no, we never have, and no, your not getting a deal. So basically, the whole transaction was set up, much like a scam. Take the money, answer as few questions as we can, and get him to sign. I gave up trying to get my money back because every time I call their number, I am immediately transferred to the guy I originally spoke with who said 'nope, can't get your money back. Oh yea, sign this real quick.' So if your a first time home buyer, do not go with them. Or maybe it'll be different for you. I just know that I'm not.

Easy online process for refinance. We were very pleased with their team. Our loan closed in just 30 days. We applied with two other mortgage companies as well, not only was AmeriSave significantly cheaper, they required less documentation, and their time-frame to close was much sooner. I would certainly work with this company again in the future.

AmeriSave came in with the best rates over and over again as I was shopping for two loans at the same time and comparing rates from many different lenders. Jefferson Watters spent a great deal of time on the phone with me going over all of the multiple offers I was sifting through for two different refinance deals. I really appreciated all the time he took and his patience through many months of working out all of the details.

I informed Austin Allison and AmeriSave when my husband and I found a property on April 3rd, 2021 and was then asked THREE WEEKS later on Thursday the 22nd if we had located a property yet. I do have documents proving this. My agent assured me that all contracts were sent over the day the seller and I signed them and showed me the sent emails. This is absolutely unacceptable. I tried reaching customer service, my loan originator and my loan processor two days ago on Saturday and again today with no answer or response. Lastly, I would like my $500 application fee refunded. I understand that the application was processed but seeing as how it was not only an extreme waste of my time and energy, nothing was completed and I'm now out five hundred bucks, I'd very much like that back. The only person I'd like to speak with would be someone in management or customer service. I do not want to speak with Austin Allison again.

My loan originator was Joseph Perez and he was professional and helpful throughout the process. I got the rate I agreed to, no surprises, and they quickly addressed any concerns I had. I enjoyed the ability to do everything electronically through the website except for closing. Great refinance experience.

My experience with Jill farnsley at AmeriSave mortgage was excellent. She was very friendly and helpful every step of the way. Every time I called emailed or text she responded quickly which I appreciated very much.

They do not get the details right. After telling me they had everything they needed to approve my loan.... three days later they ask for a bunch of other documents. They told me the closing would be at the house. No one showed up for the closing. Called the title company. Title company reports they made it clear to Amerisave the closing was at the title company office. Thankfully the manager was willing to stay late so we could drive accross town and close at 5:30 on a Friday night.

Like many people, I'd made credit mistakes in the past and saw the chance to refinance as an opportunity to reduce debt and have a jump start at rebuilding my credit. Communication was not excellent but tolerable, and I knew that dealing with a worldwide pandemic would slow everything down. My refinance process began in June and finally wrapped up in November, right before Thanksgiving. Shortly thereafter, I received a letter that my mortgage had been sold to a 3rd party lender. Fine. Except that the title company responsible for distributing funds after closing still has not paid my mortgage insurance. The only communication was an email that said we are looking into it and will overnight a check. That email was 2 weeks ago and still no payment. I have sent multiple emails to follow up and ask for an update. I've heard nothing back. Usually, when I call Amerisave's customer service, I get the voice-mail instead of a real person. Today, I finally talked to a real person, and he was rude and gave me the wrong number for the title company! The whole situation has been frustrating to say the least. I accept some responsibility because I wish my credit had allowed me more options with more credible companies who value their customers and do business with integrity. Fortunately, my credit score is climbing, and I will hopefully never be in this situation again. As soon as I can, I'm going to sell my house and buy a new house with a mortgage company that I can trust to deliver excellent customer service. Please beware! If you're looking for a way to rebuild your credit, please be patient and wait until you can qualify for a refinance with another company. I don't want anyone else to experience what I'm experiencing now.

My experience with Amersave mortgage was a good one. William Davis, was an excellent lender. Very competent in keeping me and my wife informed with everything about the loan. We closed in 30 days.

I really have two different reviews for our experience. First, the refi process was quick and easy - application date to funding only took 21 days! Our loan originator, Will Alvey, was amazing. He was thorough, explained everything clearly and answered all our questions. Even after the loan funded he was willing to help try to get us an answer to a question that came up. I would definitely work with Will again and recommend Amerisave based on this experience alone. The second part of the review would be for our Loan Processor. She was not helpful at all. After our initial phone conversation to set up closing, I never heard from her again. When I had questions for her I called, email and even resorted to contacting Will and the main customer service number to try and get her to respond so I could ask our questions. I never heard back from her. To their credit, Amerisave was very responsive to this issue. Once I wrote a review about our experience with her, they contacted me to help. I appreciate that customer service is that important to them.

We had a great experience with Lyn Tinsley as our loan originator. She was very receptive, helped verify our situation with seller's realtors (we had to make four offers to get a house) and kept in touch through the entire verification process. There was some confusion at certain points about our rate and credits, but Lyn helped to honor the original offer. We were able to close in 30 days on our dream home due to Lyn's hard work. I highly recommend her as a loan officer.

My wife and I are retired disabled veterans and had been looking for a veteran friendly lender. AmeriSave was suggested to us by a friend. They started out strong but 3 months later and we are still another 4-5 weeks out before we close. I will say, the people we talked to have been polite but the process comes across as a "Charlie foxtrot!" Poor communication; we would receive numerous automatic request for duplicate information. When we asked about it, our loan servicer said to ignore it. You can imagine the confusion that causes; we had to figure out which emails to ignore and which ones we had to respond to. We experienced numerous "last minute" request, indicating it was urgently needed to keep the process going as quickly as possible. Weeks later, they had more request. In turn, the previously requested and submitted documents, needed to be resubmitted. This happened numerous times. Our original loan person left the company in the middle of the process and I think we were handed over to a couple of different people until we landed with Robert. The unfortunately part, we had no idea until his supervisor called to let us know. Maybe our experience is unique but at this point, I'm not sure.

Bridget Quinn was instrumental in securing my business not merely good but truly great! She handled herself professionally and courteously and I felt like a customer. Day or night she responded quickly to my questions and concerns. The Rates were no games and straight forward and the details were homered. I've bought and sold more than 6 homes and this was my best experience by far. I was a little hesitant going with a giant mortgage company but Bridget handled me like I was her only client. Thank you!

My husband and I started the process of refinancing our home two weeks ago. I had heard so many good things about this company so we went with them. It has been nightmare! I think it depends on your loan originator. We are using Curtis Lewman and he is so unprofessional. He lied to us several times about rates and closing costs. He gave us an estimate cost and when the final paperwork was done it wasn’t anywhere close to what he told us. We emailed him and told him we would like him to call us and he did. He told us that they would pay half of our closing cost and send us new paperwork. Today we get new paperwork and he had raised the closing cost and raised our loan from $187,000 to $193,000. They didn’t t pay for half of the closing cost they just added it to our loan. I emailed Curtis this morning and told him this was worse that the one he sent the day before. He said oh well they must of forgot to take off the discount. He said let me talk to my manager and I will get back with you today. It’s 8:20pm and we have heard nothing. Needless to say, we are going to give our business to someone else.

We refinanced with AmeriSave, and worked with William and Austin. Their service was excellent; they continually kept us informed during the process and promptly answered any questions that we had. The AmeriSave website is easy to use, and made the exchange of documents a breeze. We would definitely use them again.

Bait and switch scheme! Very disappointed!! In the beginning, my refi’s started out well with the online process and working with the Loan Originator. I was provided with a Loan Estimate for both properties. I asked to lock the rate and fees; however, was told verbally and by email that AmeriSave will match at closing. Over roughly 3+ months later, was told that due to current financial climate they are not able to match anymore. I can take the new numbers or not proceed. Very unethical business practice! I highly do not recommend!

The refinance of my mortgage was successful because of my loan originator who was one of the first persons to contact me when I very hesitatingly pushed the link to Amerisave on Facebook. I could tell that she was very competent knowledgeable personable. She helped me through the process every step of the way which is very necessary. I had literally hundreds of phone calls from salespeople, but you stick with one person- the person whom you feel will do a good job; the person who is helpful and explains things clearly and who is encouraging and positive. Refinancing is a long and complicated process especially now with everyone working from home so find someone who is helpful because you'll need it!!
