I applied for a loan to refinance my car. They refinanced at a super low rate saving tons of money and paying my car off quicker. The staff ( Becky, Michael and Troy)was super friendly and prompt. They were willing to go above and beyond. Highly recommend them for your banking needs!

Every time I call the teller always seems to have an attitude. Apparently the credit union had computer problems Dec 23, 2020. This cause my account available balance to be messed up. I called the credit union because I didn't understand why I had a bunch of fees on my account. The teller very rudely explained they had computer problems and thats why account had been over drafted. I asked that the fees be taken off since it was their fault my account was messed up. The teller told me no and that it actually worked out in my favor. How does fees work out in my favor when they had computer problems?

Advanz is filled with the most helpful, caring people in all their branches. I've never had a bad experience in 25 years. Most recently, Deborah Maddox and Troy Windhorst led us through the loan process for a new vehicle. It could not have been quicker or easier. Worst wanna be bank in history, debit card was hacked thru the Playstation network. Dawn Skaggs called me back and told me it wasn't their problem. Worst customers service I've ever been thru. Charged me so much interest thru 2 Car loans and a personal loan, then when my card is hacked it's not their problem Update, this was not resolved. All purchases below were made within ten mins while I was at work. Banks want us to trust them, this letter is a smack in the face. Espically since our money is supposed to be federally insured.

As a shared branch I was required to enter the branch to complete my transaction with very little explanation. That diminished the experience for me. I was made to feel like lesser than for being a non advanced member . I will take this up with my credit union. Surely they wouldn't agree to such inconveniences.
