Had a great experience with AmeriSave. It was easy and simple. If i find myself needing another mortgage i will be looking to AmeriSave. Their service representative answered questions all weekend long and even in the evenings. A better response than i expected. Thanks Alex!

Mr. Malachi Killgore was very attentive throughout my process from beginning to the end. He went above and beyond with showing me comparisons of my cost savings, and thoroughly explaining the differences. He responded quickly with answers to my many questions and had a great attitude while doing so. He made my process so easy going that my experience was all together great!

The sheer number unsolicited calls is amazing, they also share your number, so you need neve feel lonely. The calls have increased from 1 a week to 4+ a day, once I decided to move and had my credit checked by a different lender. Don't go on there web site unless you want a constant steam of different people calling, including their 'Associate' companies. High pressure sales are their trade mark now!!! Avoid, Avoid, Avoid Call a local broker who does not have a massive call center service!

Rob was awesome to work with straight out of the gate. He was on top of every detail and provided up to date information in a timely manner. I was really dreading this whole process and he made it so incredibly easy!! Definitely would recommend and use again!

Jessica was absolutely great! She was detailed, patient and very informative. She made the process pleasant and when we did run into an issue with a 3rd party vendor (delayed appraisal) she quickly resolved the concern. In addition, she was accessible and easy to talk to as we went through the refi process.

When we started our refi with Amerisave Mortgage, our processor Cody Robertson was quick to call us with information. We paid $500 to get started and to lock our rate which was in Aug. It took over 2 months to have a appraisal completed. At that time we were told now our rate changed! Wait we locked our rate and guess what, now Cody was not calling us back. He would text us saying I will be calling you to discuss options. Well we never received a call back, have asked for our 500.00 back. And no call back. SCAM!!

I have been going through my refinance since August, qualified for 1.7% at first. Been put through unnecessary delays that have jeopardized my rates. I am now being told that in order to qualify for that percentage I need to borrow more money and pay more for my closing costs. I am currently on my 5th loan officer. Nobody wants to take responsibility for what the last person did or failed to do. I wish I would of never contacted them. It's costing me more money now.

I was declined for my refinance because of my business down in income a year after a fire. We are currently back at our pre-fire income but I purchased a building so my debt is more but its an investment. Of course I am a little bitter and saddened by this process that lead to a disappointment. I am always confused how these things are underwritten. I have a home that has almost doubled in value, the new loan would consolidate my credit cards and reduce my loan payment, I would easily be able to pay the mortgage. I am a veterinarian of over 20 years, I am also a veteran that served in the Army for 8 years I have a steady income and can always find extra work and even if I lost my business would be able to find work probably for more pay than what I give myself now. I very healthy, never defaulted in a loan, contribute to the community, and try to live a good life, but because I struggled from nothing to get to where I am and do not have everything paid off and a hefty bank account I am considered a poor loan candidate. It's just wrong. I can accept this but the real issue I had is the fact they could not put my debt to income numbers into their formula and let me know this would not work BEFORE I spent $700 for an appraisal and termite inspection. That is what really burns me. They had their loan agents spend weeks of work time on me to have me declined and could of saved their time and money to just do that calculation and at least be considerate enough to not make me go through spending money for nothing. I guess I just don't understand why the world works this way but I suppose it just is this way when it comes to money. Hence why I am in more debt than I could be because I have spent my own money saving peoples pet when I can to make their lives better.

Alexandra Estrada Marchand was the very first person I talked to regarding my refinance for my residence. She is the best! She made everything smooth and easy to understand during the whole process. She made herself readily available to assist with any questions, issues or concerns. She made sure I received every credit or discount and there were no surprise fees on my disclosure paperwork. She has the highest of work ethic and integrity and I highly recommend her to do business with. I'm lucky and glad to have had her as my originator and representative!

Highly recommend AmeriSave, my loan officer was spectacular, was always available and made everything seem so much more manageable. I had a deadline of about 21 days until close of escrow and my loan officer worked very hard to make sure everything gets done on time, and actually was able to send everything to the title company a few days earlier. I was even able to get a better rate.

Damien Payne is an extraordinary individual. He does what he says. The reason I say this, because he told me he will close my refinance loan in a week and he did. He was upfront with the cost of the loan and the interest rate. My current lender was legging on the pay off amount and he got on the phone with me to get it done. Even though he had to repeat his email several time, he kept his cool and professionalism. This the first time I dealt with someone online rather than going in a bank. I was skeptical but everything worked out to the T. He is an asset to Amerisave.

I worked with Michael Friedman at AmeriSave Mortgage for the refinancing of my mortgage loan, and from my first contact with Michael I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He was always available by phone or with quick replies to email inquires, and he answered my all my questions thoroughly. Throughout the refinancing process, which, by its nature, can be very stressful, Michael gave me information and guidance that spoke to my specific needs and interests and made the entire process move along smoothly and quickly. AmeriSave made the refinance process completely stress-free! It was such a pleasure to work with Eric Yates. He really listened to our refinance goals and made sure that those goals were met. I applied with them for a refinance. After sending all the required documents, I was told everything looks good and given the closing date. For the next three months they asked for documents every week; at one point they were asking for paperwork already sent but expired. I was told by Diego Araujo and Stuart David the “closing will be next week” and “next week” over and over. Like a fool, I believe them and got screwed. “Next week” never happened, I got an email after almost six months the refinance was terminated. Do yourself a favor and find a lender that will deliver on promises.

Horrible service. Started the process on 8/5, provided all my documents the same day and still waiting. Get the run around and am being told the same thing every week…..waiting on title. How is a $1600 balance on a loan I paid off in August holding the process up this long. Call and get no answer. Leave messages and no return calls. Apparently no one at AmeriSave wants to work hard enough to close my loan. Oh and sent several emails to the “supervisor “ and no response there either. Honestly the worst, would not use this company again.

The worst experience I've ever had with a company. I worked with Romeo (and his boss, Ross) to initiate a refinance. Be prepared for them to go completely unresponsive for months after you give them your $500 deposit. After an extended time of not hearing from them, I asked them to cancel my application. Still never heard back. And now, 5 months later, I'm getting emails from my insurance carrier that Amerisave is still requesting documents and going as far as changing the name of mortgagee on my policy without my authorization. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company for your refinance.

I have use AmeriSave in the past, after doing my home work talking to few companies. (Quicken Loan the worst). This time I was very lucky talk to James Vanaskey at AmeriSave. Polite, very helpful, means business person. Receiving emails at weekends and very late at night I thought he never sleep. Finish my loan very quick in the middle of corona virus and Christmas holidays, with rates better which I expect it. Thank you James and AmeriSave. My nephew try to refinance his house from November with another company. Still haven’t finish yet. I recommend James at AmeriSave to him and everyone I know.

Alex at AmeriSave was great. My refinance was complete in a few weeks. Everything was taken care of online except the signing of the final documents in which they came to my house by way of a notary. Great people and a great company to refinance with.

My experience dealing with Andrew was exceptional. Simply outstanding. Every few years everyone should review insurance policies an compare pricing. I got quotes from ALL major insurance companies and switched to Amerisave. I saved a surprising amount of money. Forget about the non-stop commercials from the other guys. These folks really do save me money.

*Update (2/17/2022) It has been more than three weeks since the customer center promised to get back to me, but still no response yet. Another evidence that Amerisave is not properly working. Now it is so clear that we have to take legal action. Below is what I wrote three weeks ago after closing. To whomever reading this, Please don’t make the same mistake by working with Amerisave. _____________________________________ My husband and I suffered a lot working with Amerisave to buy our house. Amerisave made three terrible mistakes during the loan process. First, we ended up paying $4,000 more for the point fee because of their fault. We asked for a rate lock early in the process, but the loan originator did not lock the rate by mistake. We have a confirmation email that the rate is successfully locked. The rate spiked after we asked for the rate lock, and the point fee spiked to $4,359 from $136. The loan originator and his upper management kept saying that they were working on adjusting the amount, but we ended up taking all the loss. Second, they put the wrong closing date on the closing disclosure by mistake. The closing date had to be delayed with the seller’s approval, risking our deal. We were ready to close anytime if they had not delayed the process due to their mistake. Finally, they put the wrong last name on the signing document by mistake. Because they had already messed up and delayed the closing date, we had to finish the signing on the 20th. When I started signing, I was devastated after finding a typo in my last name. We had to send a notary agent back, ask Amerisave to correct the document, and make a new signing appointment. My husband had to cancel all the important meetings in the afternoon because of their stupid mistake again. What a waste of time and energy! We are so exhausted from this horrible experience. People say it is a court case and we will ask Amerisave to compensate for our financial loss, mental distress, and wasted time.

Stay away!! Not worth at all.. even you get a better interest rate or credit. Once you locked in then things will turn worse. No response for anything, you will not be able to reach them over phone or email or anything. They will not do anything on time other than lock you with them. The stress to go through for closing is not the worth of the quarter percentile or 1000 bucks over 30 years.

I had trouble getting approved by a local bank because they did not know what they were doing. After being very upset and thinking I would not be able to get the house, my family member recommended using Amerisave; so I reached out to Alexandra. She was very helpful, and she answered all my questions accurately and efficiently. I felt like a priority the whole time with Alexandra. It was nice working with someone who trully cared about me getting approved for my new home. Amerisave got my loan approved without any trouble or delays. They made the process enjoyable. I am very pleased that I went with Amerisave and highly recommend Alexandra to anyone who is looking to move or refinance.

Refinance was simple and rates were good but my agent ignored several emails and texts. They also sent a check for me to send to one of my credit cards with the wrong name on it, I have been trying to get that fix it for over a week and nothing is done. They were so fast when it came to getting me to sign and pay $500 but after that service has been horrible.

They Literally StoIe $500 from me with backhanded shady loan practices and deserve (0) Stars if I could. I worked with Loan Officer - Alex Perez on my loan for 1.5 months and everything was fine up until signing late June 2021. He slid in extra loan origination fees in amounting to $4K more on my closing fees from my initial disclosures. He never explained what these fees were for nor gave me any advanced notice as he properly should, especially for $4K. I caught this during my actual signing of my loan papers and stopped the process. I then called him and he nor the other lady could properly explain it and just expected me to sign. I've called the company with folks saying we'll get this fixed and to-date nothing and have never gotten my money back. I would never never trust this company and highly recommend you go else where for getting your loan. As of this writing, I've received nothing back nor a returned phone call and have never yelled or gotten angry. Horrible!!

Hands down the worst company we have ever worked with and the website is trash. While In the loan process our loan officer could never be reached when we needed to communicate. And they dragged our closing date out 4 times!

The process was quick and easy . Easier that dealing with my Bank. Good response time and follow up. Total time was about 3 weeks for a cash out refi.

Our refinance with AmeriSave was a nightmare - literally. We have 50% equity in our home in the Bay Area. Wanted to refinance simply to lower the interest rate. No cash out. Nothing fancy. Credit scores above 750. We began the process in December 2020. To make a Very Long Story short, it took 4 months to complete. The first loan officer ghosted us. The second one was almost as bad. We would leave Voice Mails and emails and get no response. Our file was finally 'reassigned' to a "supervisor", who turned out to be no better at all. Finally in February they actually started the wheels in motion to finish the refinance - then with no telephone call or explanation, sent us Docs to sign with an interest rate almost 1% higher than we were quoted in December. Since this isn't our first go around we actually read the Docs before signing and caught their backhanded change. When we got the Loan Officer on the phone he said "rates went up since Dec." - well it wasn't our fault the Loan didn't close while rates were lower ! ! Then he says "OK - you can have the original rate" - and again - with no explanation, email or phone call - he lowered the rate and added $15,000 in costs (buy down) ! ! ! We felt like we were in an episode of the Twilight Zone. Horrible follow thru. Horrible Customer Service. We finally gave us and initiated a refinance w/ Quicken Loans. At that point AmeriSave gave our file to Someone With a Brain ! ! ! Low and behold he ended up closing the file no problem. The loan ended up costing us more than AmeriSave promised at the outset, but we were so tired of the process, we closed with them anyway. The last Loan Officer (with a brain) could offer no explanation of the debacle we went thru. He was apologetic, but he is a cog in their giant wheel. Bottom Line If AmeriSave were the only Mortgage Co. out there, I just would not ever get a Mortgage/Refinance. That is how bad the experience was.

This mortgage company was THE best. I received great low rates, saved sooo much money in the long haul of my mortgage along with THE best customer service. They always kept me informed along the way of what was going on. Loved the ease of handling documents, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I would highly recommend Michael DeRosa and his team at AmeriSave mortgage. Thank you!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience refinancing my home loan. My loan processor (Jonathan Kavanaugh) helped me every step of the way. My husband is disabled and he made everything so convenient and easy for me. He made sure I understood everything he was telling me and I felt like I could trust him. He was honest and made sure I got the best deal for my situation. I would definitely use him again if circumstances warrant it.

She answered the call and the process began, she was super friendly/knowledgeable/polite and answered all of my questions. Amerisave Is really good people working with Chad fanny and Kelly P. If you are looking to refinance your mortgage call Amerisave they will take care of your mortgage financial situation. I have tried other companies in the past and had no luck with one call for Amerisave Chad Fanny that very day I felt relieved I didn't get no running he was convincing and reassuring that he had my goals in heart and he did at the end of the day everything I asked him was answered and my refinance was done took about 4 to 6 weeks.

My loan specialist Amy West was always on top of everything. She answered all my questions and helped me when I needed. Everything went very smooth and very fast. Worst experience ever trying to refinance my home. I researched the best refinance companies and Amerisave came up as one of the top rated, so I went with them. What a joke!! First, they make you pay $500 upfront just to get started, that should have been the first red flag. I paid and got them all the paperwork they needed very timely, and they just continued asking for more and more documents, and many of them they asked for multiple times. Then they still continued to come back and ask for more documentation that I had already provided in another format. For example, they said there were some of the recent mortgage payments not showing up on my credit report, however, they already had a payment history on my mortgage for the last year. They are too incompetent to use the documents provided to satisfy their needs. I worked with Fernando Montano and he was great at first, but then would take forever to respond to emails. After I complained that I wasn't submitting any more paperwork because their requests were unreasonable at this point, he stopped all communication. I tried following up with him today via email, and lo and behold my emails are now being blocked!!! Unbelievable. Worst experience ever, after waiting 2 months to close, it's clear it's not going to happen. I'd give negative stars if I could. Save yourself the heartache and lots and lots of time and go with another company. ANY company would be better than these guys!!
