This back could be a l better bank if they would be open until 5, like any other bank. It's so disappointing. I'm considering closing my account because of this.

I Recently Received SSDI needed help setting up my online banking, advise on how much I set aside, and help in setting up a savings account. Adam Coneys was very helpful with all of my needs and took the time to make sure that I understood all that we had done.

Amazing bank. Staff are always friendly and very helpful. Most importantly I am treated as a human being and a customer and not like a beggar trying to plead for the chance to get my own money (lookin at you BoA). They go out of their way to make my banking easier, as a result I go out of my way to conduct any business with tellers at this location. All Fidelitys have a standard of excellence, but the one in Sandy Springs is a cut above the rest.

After 6 yeas, I can say that Fidelity exceeds expectation. They do everything they can to accommodate customers needs, both on our business and personal accounts. It truly is relationship banking at its best!

We moved away from the Atlanta area four years ago, but we still use our bank in Sandy Springs. The manager, Patty, is very responsive to our needs and always goes above and beyond to service our accounts. Banking has never been easier.

Staff is very professional, extremely friendly, always greet you with a smile. They really go above and beyond for you and they make you feel like family.
