Being trapped in a robo answering service about a safety alert necklace instead giving me the option I called for is the worst "Customer Service" I can think of! All I wanted was to report that I was zipping down to Florida today and may be using my card. Instead of the consumer having to jump through any hoops at all, why not make an option selection on the website for reporting travel plans so we can be on our way? The process is cumbersome at best; having a rude Service Rep make you answer his call from another line while you are already on the line with him in the first place, but THIS being trapped in a call about Medicare alert buttons was THE WORST.

I opened a checking account and the account manager was very nice she answered all my questions and I highly recommend banking with them.

I LOVE Ameris bank in Brunswick, Ga. Mary O'neal is absolutely wonderful! Her customer service skills go above and beyond. If you are considering changing banks or starting a new account I highly suggest Ameris in Brunswick, Ga. Ask for Mary! You will be very glad you did! They treated my sister very disrespectfully. It was very embarrassing to see adults act that way. The lady my sister was talking to got easily frustrated and walked away mid-sentence, someone else had to step in to assist my sister.

Worst bank ever go somewhere else to do your banking. I have had a business account with them 15 year's most horrible service and disrespectful employees. That is why I am transferring my business account else where!!!

They asked me for a review . I deposited a large amount and they said I could use my account in 10 business days. I would rate it “eh” so far

Courteous service. Valerie set up my accounts and issued me my debit card. All options explained and all questions answered. So happy to do business with a bank that shows they really care about clients and their satisfaction.

I’ve never had such a horrible experience with a bank before. Long story short, the staff is nice. They help as much as they can. The branch manager, however, is a liar, and WILL NOT do anything to help you. Your money is better in a bank that will release it within 48 hours, not 7-10 business days. And, she doesn’t care what kind of emergency it is. Don’t expect her to care about your children’s livelihood, or yours.
