I have been dealing with this company for 10+ years. Becky, the manager is a very professional young lady. All the ladies in the office have been professional, kind and respectful. Because I have been doing business with them for so long, they always ask me how I'm doing, how are the kids and my family. They have been apart of my life. They are not just a business, they are like family. I'm one that always forgets my due date. They call and give me a friendly reminder. There have been times that I have not been able to pay on time, and they always work with me without judgment. The office is always clean. They will continue to have my business for life.

Excellent customer service. I appreciate everything Becky and Tabby have done for me the past 5 years. I have never heard them talk bad about anyone.

That place is beyond horrible. The manager Becky comes off very offensive I listened in on her bragging about her precious car and talk down on customers while I was waiting on applying for a loan, there was another young lady right near her who totally has no people skills or bed side manners who was in store having play time with her husband they completely ignored me waiting to be assisted. The place reeks of some sort of toilet smell and it was very hot in there. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Alicia was always a pleasure anytime I’ve had to call in or help my aunt. Thank you so much dear, I know you’re no longer with the company but I throughly appreciate your kindness while you were there. Ive been doing business with this company for more than 10 years. Ive never witnessed anything resembling some of these negative reviews. The manager Becky is always professional, very friendly and always does everything she can to accomodate customers. Tabby is always professional and willing to help customers as well. Ive never felt as though they were judging me. Ive never noticed a smell or uncomfortable temperatures in that office. I would and have recommended this company to friends and others. I was recently referred to this place...big mistake. I applied online no one ever called me back, so I stopped by to follow up there was a young lady I believe she said her name was Abbie or maybe Tabby but anyways she was not polite so then Becky offered to help me while she was taking my information she would literally stop to text on her phone it didn’t take me long to figure out these ladies were talking about me via text message while I was sitting there. I’ve never been made felt so uncomfortable and it was just highly unprofessional. The Becky lady then tells me I would receive a letter and basically pushed me away. On the flip side I was told about Republic Finance those ladies are awesome. I urge anyone to stay away from regional finance and try out Republic Finance their rates are better and they are highly respectful.

Let me begin by apologizing for not being able to remember the names of the two young women that helped me. They were patient, professional and caring and their names deserve to be noted. For the two women seated at the second and third desk once you walk inside...thank you. I was nervous about getting a loan in the first place and had never done this before. I was out of my element. You two young ladies took charge, explained everything thoroughly and patiently and walked me through the process with ease. It can be very nerve wrecking having to borrow money and go over personal finances with people you don’t know. These two made me feel as though I was family. There is something serious to be said for that hometown feel and you girls nailed it. You got me in and out of there as promptly as possible. I left feeling knowledgeable and confident about my transaction. I can’t thank you enough. I highly recommend this company and please see those two ladies at the second and third desk. I have done business with Becky and regional finance for years. They have always showed me and other customers the most courteous service and goes above and beyond to help you doing your debt situation. I can't think of a more professional loan company than Regional Fiance and have recommended them numerous times to family and friends. The APR is not bad neither.
