Bernardo was wonderful! He quickly notarized a document for me, assisted with ordering new checks, and created a new savings account for me in record time. He was personal, engaged and focused on my needs. He sets the standard in excellence when it comes to customer service. Highly recommend!

I recently opened a business account at Fidelity after having visited two other banking institutions. I have to say that I was totally impressed when I found out that the business account would be totally free!! The other two banks had all kinds of fees associated with it. The Fidelity associate was so helpful and knowledgeable. I am so glad I made the decision to open my business account at Fidelity!!

I have been with what was fidelity bank for 8 years. I never had a problem. I enjoyed fidelity due to the friendly atmosphere. Since americ had took over fidelity it has dont nothing but went down hill. I cant log into my account. I get locked out everytime I try to log in. There is no 24/7 support. The atm has messed up a few times while making a deposit. I am getting irritated that I am not able to keep track of my expenses on my phone. I will most likely be closing both my accounts and taking my business else where. I left 2 stars 1 for Americ and 1 for the bank workers. I hate to leave but after fidelity has left the bank has gone done hill fast

We came to open an account. We are just moving to the area and wanted a local friendly bank. We had a very easy time to open the account, and the person who helped us was very helpful, courteous, and friendly.
