I had a great experience working with Mrs. Denney on getting my loan approved and the closing with the attorney went very smoothly. I have been doing business with Ameris for many years now and the staff is always courteous and friendly with whatever you need. The experience with Henry, the mortgage banker, was horrible. He was unprofessional and never reached out throughout the process. I never received calls or emails until the last week of closing. Everyone else helping me throughout the process was great. The ladies were helpful and kept me up to date with the information needed.
