    ATMS haven't worked in weeks. They just installed a brand new one and it won't accept deposits or dispense cash. The other one (left side) won't take cash deposits but doesn't warn you of this. It just scans your bills and reads them as "checks" that end up getting returned for being illegible personal checks. This has been going on forever and I'm sick of it. Probably going to pay off the credit card I have with them and switch banks.

    Wells fargo needs to open a atm in Valdosta. It's a military town what is wrong with you. No bank or anything in Valdosta georgia.

    I just hung up the phone with the Wells Fargo customer service department asking to have a nine dollar service charge removed because they made a mistake when my account was opened. What a joke, I spent 30 minutes ARGUING with their customer service over $9.00. As a U.S. Veteran I should have stayed with my Chase bank account and never moved to Wells Fargo. They have done noting but put one service charge after another on my two accounts and I have to call the EVERY month to have them removed. Chase bank is the absolutely best bank for veterans without a doubt. Today is Veterans Day and I have made a promise to myself to close both of my accounts tomorrow, restart my direct deposit with my Chase account and to select a new company for my mortgage on the house we are buying. I will never do business with a bank that treats me so poorly. Unacceptable.

    I went inside with a deposit slip out of the ck book issued by the bank an attempted to deposit. CASH into my own account, REMEMBER CASH ,not a ck or anything else, I left everything in my truck, they refused the the deposit of cash just because I didn't have my ID, it was dam CASH, that account will close, shortly, you can't even deposit cash money in your account , this has gone beyond stupid an ridiculous STAY AWAY FROM WELLS FARGO.

    Never seen a bank go through so many obstacles to not help someone. Cant help on the drive through. Get passed around inside the branch. Ridiculous rules just to make a deposit. Forcing people to come inside during covid when they try to make despots through drive thru. Employees are very snooty and rude.

    Commonly known to fraudulently foreclose on people's houses. Douglas location also will send out people to your house to check on the status and harass you. Had a friend who was WELL up to date and they sent people out to take pictures at 5 am in the morning. Wells Fargo also, if you didn't know, recently came under fire for fraudulent accounts, skimming, and a plethora of other evil things. STAY AWAY
