He Assisted my Melanie Duncan, she was so quick to get back with me about anything I needed and to finalize paperwork so everything went through quickly and easily throughout the process. I did reach out to AmeriHome Mortgage company for My modification documents and I was disappointed with the customer service. I will never recommend this Mortgage company to anyone. I ordered documents on the 13th of this month and I still haven't received them. I have been calling and all they do is lie and promise. This company is a disaster. Please do whatever you can to avoid this company servicing your mortgage. This company has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced and they are a financial company which is scary. There is zero accountability in this company and clearly, no one trains their phone reps on customer service because they are allowed to do and say whatever they want without fear of anything.

Kate Luker and I got off to a shaky start, but I found out is was all because of COVID running through her family. Once she started on my refinance, she quickly and efficiently got all paperwork and necessary outside contractors in line. MistySue Christiansian finished up with the loan processing soon afterward. Any questions I had were answered in a reasonable time and in a way I understood. They are great team, whom I'm glad I trusted.

customer service is the worst. i have been on the telephone on hold for 45 minutes. this is my 5th telephone call to this company regarding the same issue and it is still not resolved. i pay my mortgage which includes my taxes and they have not paid my taxes. can't get a supervisor on the phone and when you get one, and call back later to get the results no one knows that supervisor that you spoke with. i wouldn't call back if they fixed the issue. i am considering refinancing my home just to get away from this company.

I had a nice experience dealing with Jeff. I was impressed because he was realistic he gave a figure and payment that was consistent and did not change. He didn’t try to low ball us in order to get our business. Jeff and Monninger really made our experience seamless. They save us almost $500 every month in mortgage payments. Amerihome is a terrible company. Their systems in place and departments are unfortunately not in sync. They send out information that incorrect. Not willing to look at the big picture. I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND USING. BETTER COMPANIES OUT THERE. I HOPE THIS REVIEW WILL HELP A FEW. I was hoping to have a good result with this company but I went all the way up to the office of the VP with the same result. It would be nice if others got involved but I was told that I was at the highest point of contact. This company does not help their customers. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL AROUND

I had an excellent experience working with Grace Byeon, Elsie Barajas, and Wayne Gonzales on my refinance. I had an existing loan with Amerihome and they proactively reached out to let me know a refinance could save me significant money each month - and how right they were! We're saving over $200 a month compared to our old payment. Grace, Elsie, and Wayne were very proactive in communication and keeping me apprised of updates, as well as communicating what information was needed on my end throughout the process. I called the Amerihome office with the intention of getting a little bit of information on refinancing on our home and possibly not following through. I am so thankful I called. My SLO, Christopher Duong, was exactly the person someone like me needed to help me through the refinancing process. He was very patient and so informative with all of my questions and phone calls and he even made the experience an enjoyable one! Lindsay Clay was the SLP on my loan and she also was just so efficient and helpful. Run, run far, far away. This place is absolutely horrible. Started a refinance at the end of September. This had carried on for months. No phone calls or anything. We call/email then all of sudden we have closing disclosures. But of course those are wrong. Then we get the appraisal done. Call yet again because no answers. And I get we should have a closing date. Then the underwriter comes back with we need both of your bank statements, all credit card statements, social security card. This was getting way to personal with information. Mind you we had already sent in 12 to 24 months worth of bank statements and income verifications. Then when asking for our appraisal that we paid for to be sent the a different company they send you to several different people who do not have a clue of what they are doing. Just plain run away.

Cannot find a phone number for this company so I uploaded my new homeowners insurance through their message system on 02/16. Got confirmation that information was received and records updated on 02/18. On 03/01 get notice that they paid old homeowners insurance company. Still no phone number to call. Talk to Virtual Assistance who gives me a phone number. Called 3 times this morning and all three times was hung up on while waiting to speak to someone. Now back with virtual assistance trying to fix problem.

We inquired with AmeriHome about refinancing our home and spoke with Mortgage Banker Andre Sussman who explained the process and was knowledgeable about the current activity on home interest rates. He was welcoming each time we called to get more clarification of the process and the paperwork we needed to get started. Andre was able to lock down an incredible rate and provided us with a breakdown of any costs we might encounter to close as well as any credits we may be eligible for. The assigned portal was a great way to upload and sign off on documents as well as keeping track of each step of the refinancing process. Robert Burton the Loan Processor always communicated each step of the loan, processed our application for approval, set up notary service and delivered the great news that our loan had funded! I am sure that both Andre and Robert did more behind the scenes than we could ever imagine which helped save us thousands in closing costs as well as lowering our monthly mortgage payments. We are grateful for their diligence, professionalism and the service they provide to customers like us.

I received an email from AmeriHome that we could save with a refinance of the mortgage we had with them, I reached out to them. Anthony was the Mortgage Broker that was assigned to us. At that time the savings on our mortgage was only .5%. I told him that at that time the cost to refi would take us 5 years to recuperate and we didn't think it was worth it at that time. He understood and said he would keep us in mind when the rates got better and he did! We were able to save 1% on our mortgage after our refinance. The process was pretty easy in comparison to when we initially got our mortgage. Both Anthony and Robert were very responsive and we never waited longer than a day to get response from them both. Refinancing wasn’t something I planned on doing at this time, but when I got a call saying I was eligible for a refinance I listened to what was available. I am forever thankful I took that 3minutes out of my day. Sean Bose, our Loan Officer, was thorough and super easy to get a hold of if I had questions or concerns. He locked me in at one of the best rates (dropped it close to 2%) and it brought my mortgage payment down $130 roughly. May not seem like much to some, but over time that’s a ton of money saved. His Assistant Jolena and our Processor Nina Millman were absolutely wonderful and well. Nina definitely kept me in the loop and made sure I had everything. I also appreciated her acknowledgment for our efficiency on our part of this whole process because this is so time sensitive for some. I hate numbers but this team made it easy and had minimal paperwork.

Everything was super fast and easy. Adam, Tricia and Aileen were super easy to work with. We have been thinking about refinancing with the interest rates so low, but just haven’t gotten around to do it, so it was nice that they reached out to us with the new interest rates. The paperwork was minimal, and we always had quick responses to any questions that we had.

I worked with Adam Sage, Eddie Zambrano, and Jolena Orourke to complete my refinance and they were all amazing. They really made it easy to understand every step in the process and wrangled everything for me. Everyone I spoke to about a refinance process explained to me that “it’s a dreadful experience, almost never worth the hassle.” This is not the case with the Amerihome dream team: loan officer Kris Co, loan officer assistant Sarah Conant and loan processor Linda Vu. Not only was it actually a fairly easy process, the dream team never failed to explain everything I needed to know. They were always a call or email away; I actually enjoyed talking and learning from them. Trust me, I wouldn’t write this review if it wasn’t the truth.

This company messed up my credit for none of my fault. They reported a false delinquency because of an issue of their own website and after assuring me that everything is fine. I kept calling afterwards to resolve the issue and it never happened and I had to deal with their rude customer service. The worst company to do business with and I am working to refinance my loan with another legit mortgage company and never do business with them again. They don't deserve the one star.

Please do whatever you can to avoid this company serviving your mortgage. Long story short they mis reported to our credit bureau and caused our scores to drop nearly 200 points. In trying to deal with this, I have requested a supervisor 50+ times. They never transfer you, the agents put you on hold and never come back. We have also had agents laugh at us over this, hang up on us, talk over us and belittle us when trying to express our side and concerns. Dinh Tran and Brandi Clements were both very helpful as well as professional. Since this is my first home and also my first refinance, I had a lot of questions. Both Dinh and Brandi were patient and willing to walk me through the process step by step answering all of my calls and emails throughout the process. 10 out of 10 couldn’t have been better.

They stopped supporting Intuit Mint, and have gone as far as actually blocking Mint, Quicken, and other aggregators. They also have an awful multi factor authentication, that’s practically incompatible with iOS. Please build an actual phone-compatible web portal. It’s 2022, how many more on-time payments would you get if it was easier and more seamless for your clients to pay?

She is an absolute gem of a person to work with. 3) A message to anyone considering to refinance: Come prepared. A refi is work but could be worth the time and effort in the form of tens of thousands of dollars back in your pocket. Have all docs ready and available for your refi team. These people are efficient and can only do their job when we do ours. Most docs can be uploaded from your smartphone onto your Amerihome portal others may need to be scanned and emailed etc. but definitely come prepared to do your part in providing everything they need as they will rock their part out.

Amerihome mortgage is fantastic! The moment I hit send on my computer to look into refinancing my mortgage the experience has been educating and smooth. Also saved me money on my monthly payments. My loan was assigned to Adam Sage, from the first phone call which was minutes after my inquiry, he has been professional and cared about the customer. Adam Sage was tremendous. Elsie Barajas who assisted on the loan is a valuable member of his team. Elsie Barajas helped us with getting our home computer to connect properly, to assisting us with any questions, paperwork. When he was out of the office, he let me know in advance and provided me with additional contacts. Stephanie Stokes and Jolena O’rourke kept me up to date during underwriting and answered my questions when Adam wasn’t available. This was a smooth and easy process with great customer service!

Worse online experience, website is terrible! Autopay is terrible, keeps unenrolling me, impossible to talk to anyone live to help. Would change in a heartbeat if I could.

Amerihome is already our mortgage company so when we were thinking about refinancing we called them. We were connected with Kate Luker to help us process the loan. She was fantastic! She was so helpful and patient, she answered all of our questions. We are first time homeowners so we don't really understand how everything works. To be kind we needed a bit of hand holding at times. She couldn't of been more accommodating. It got to be where I felt like I knew her and I wish I could meet up for lunch lol. Linda Duong and Lisette Kennedy were also instrumental in processing our refi. They took the fear out of the process by making themselves available for questions and keeping us up to date as the process went along. It was a great experience and now we have a much lower rate as well!

Just refinanced on my mortgage to take advantage of the great rates available this year. I called Amerihome mortgage and had the pleasure of working with Ben Carney ( senior loan officer) and Robert Burton ( loan processor). Both were very professional and friendly. The whole process was quick and easy and was able to save a couple hundred a month. I highly recommend contacting these guys at Amerihome. Wish I did sooner.

I am appauled that Amerihome Mortgage would sell my mortgage to a company that has a 91 million dollar lawsuit against it in reference to how they managed their client base. I guess money is the only thing companies consider anymore not the customers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was in the middle of getting an increase in taxes paid to the county I live in. You dropped the ball and sold my loan before you finished processing my documents!!!!!!! Please call me!

Update to review Nicole and I belive, Marissa reached out to me and we were able to get this issue resolved and Nicole was fast at responding and a great help! Had to get Mortgage assistance one month, and they only covered part of the payment, however amerihome would not let me pay the remainder because they do not accept partial payments even if it's due to financial hardship. Worst mortgage company I have ever dealt with. What's the point in being able to get financial help if the mortgage company isn't willing to work with you. Money is money, they can't accept money? Stupid. Horrible customer service.
