Overall the experience was ok. The loan was handed off to Vince and after it was handed off there was really no more customer service. Vince did not check in and just seemed like he wanted to get the loan completed rather then care about the customer service part of it for me.

Jason has been a great help to us from the very beginng. He is always readily available or gets back to us very quickly in regards to our many questions and concerns as first time home buyers. I wish I could leave a great review but unfortunately the professionalism of Dana Badzinski ruined my high expectations for the company. I send her stuff she asked for 3x and still never receives it or doesn’t confirm. She has no customer service and has no regard for the person that’s going to cut her that commission check.

While the viewing process was taking place, Juan set up detailed way to let me know my options for an Estimate mortgage and closing costs. He is always there for me and my clients when we need him and is ready to assist and EDUCATE his clients with both the tiny things and the big things during the transaction.
