I would like to give 0 star! We bought an Ardern Park New Construction. We have 740+ credit score, more than enough money to close, Elaine Wang took our case and delayed 3 times in 2.5 months. At the end, we need to close on hard money loan and we were charged for $3500 by builder. We have to pay $13K more than a normal loan. During this case, we were not be able to reach to Elaine by phone calls and email, only she can reach to us. At the end, Elaine doesn’t want to take any responsibility. We are finding a way to sue this company or Elaine Wang. If any of you have a similar case or you are an lender attorney. Please contact us!

We had a great experience using Amber (and her team) to purchase our first home. She explains things in an easy to understand way, answered my many questions, and worked hard to get our loan approved quickly and without issue. From application to closing our process was simple and I felt like I was kept in the loop the whole time. I highly recommend Amber for your mortgage needs.

Absolutely efficiency Team! good communication and good patience, Elaine team is very detail oriented, they respond very quick and on time and they even for me as late as 11p.m. They definitely stand for the benefit of customers, I get good mortgage rate from them and their service is decent too. She went above and beyond with providing assistance with the home buying process as well as answering questions at all hours of the day. She was very helpful even when we went through the process of renegotiating the rate that was on the pre-approval letter. She was a true pleasure to work with and is a truly fantastic person.

Elaine and her team are awesome to work with. I was able to close three foreign transactions with them without the buyer physically be here. The communication was quick throughout the process. They offer variety of loan program for different type of client with good rate. I will send them more of my clients in the future

They did hard work to find the best mortgage rate and service fee for me. I can call them whenever and wherever I have questions. I would definitely introduce them to my friends.

I wish I could give Allied negative stars, truly the worst loan servicer I have ever dealt with.This is coming from someone with an 800 FICO score and many previous loans. My Allied mortgage is 4yrs old and it is absolutely time to refinance, solely to get away from the wretched Allied Mortgage Group. They are unresponsive to faxed requests (which they require) and it's like pulling teeth to get an actually helpful person on the phone. I wish Russell Mahrt would remove me from his fckn mailing list as well, wouldn't respond to that request either.
