Quality agent who was knowledgeable and kept us informed each step of the process. We could tell the agent had our best interests at heart and still does by answering the myriad of questions we posed and are still posing today. The company followed each move, called to assure that everything was moving along as expected, and closed the file once everything had been completed to our satisfaction.
