I am definitely giving Steve and Amerifirst 5 stars! They made a very stressful process manageable and maintained an open line of communication through email, phone and text, throughout the entire process (contract to closing). They were able to make the closing date happen as requested on the purchase contract, even through minor setbacks. I was always kept informed of what I needed to provide to keep the loan process moving. All the people that I worked with were great and I will definitely work with them again for my next adventure! I’m a repeat customer with Steve having used him to purchase my first home and again recently to purchase a home due to relocation for my job. He is a thorough communicator, setting expectations for hurdles that need jumped based on your unique situation. So before starting our house purchasing journey I knew our case would be difficult. Our credit was not very desirable and we were going to have to sell our house while purchasing another. Andrew Clements put my wife and I on a specific path (credit related) and within approximately 2 months, after following Andrew’s advice word for word, we were putting offers in on houses to buy. This has been the best experience I have had with house purchasing. Buying a new house will always be stressful at times.
