Flat out, great experience. I’ve bought a multitude of homes in my life and this process was one of the most streamlined purchases I have ever been a part of. My realtor gave me a few suggestions for lenders but she noted Troy and his team were top notch. His loan assistant Debbie is a rockstar and kept me in the loop multiple times per week. I could have easily gone with a Rocket Mortgage for “cheapest fees/rates” but I know for sure I would not have had as pleasant of any experience that I had with these folks.
