Went to this location @ 2186 Cherry Rd Rock Hill, SC Ms Akiva greeted my daughter and myself with a warm pleasant good morning and please come in. I felted so comfortable and the place was cleaned and smells sooooooo good. Ms Akiva has EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICES skills and very PROFESSIONAL. While Ms Akiva was working on our loan application, she answered the phone and went to door to let the other customers know it will be a moment and added their names on the sign in sheet to give them a call back and she still gave us that respect as a customer like we were the most important people in the world. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Ms Akiva, like the legendary “TINA TURNER” sings “YOU'RE SIMPLY THE BEST” I thank you sooooo much for your generosity and professional service. Ms Akiva, you know who we are and you have a GOOD YEAR!!!

Can't remember the name of the girl who helped me but I will tell you she was so friendly and so was everyone else. I received the loan and she explained everything very well!! I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a loan without the extra hassle. They will continue to get my business!

Ok, so my experience when I tried to open the door, I had to be buzz in to enter. And the young lady Nichele spoke and assist me. And she was professional and explain all details to me.She was very quite and I ask her is she always this quite? I work in customer service and communication is a big key factor. Well needless to say, she start talking🤗 it seem more like going to a library there... no it’s worst than that. It’s not a warm inviting company or maybe that location. Maybe the Manager need to loosen up and allow his employees be lively there. Because it’s already green on the inside and quite like a library. #ThanksNichele

I was helped by a older white women who lied and sad she was the store manager and her name was Sarah. Come 2 find out that wasn't her real name and was just afraid of being reported. But i already contacted the real district manager travis and BBB along with media to highlight the blatant racial discrimination I just faced. The older white women talked down to me and used racial remarks i.e " You people" and this was my 1st time ever coming here or attempting to apply for a loan and she and the old white man who said he was the district manager which i was told differently by customer service has mad this experience hell. I didnt even apply for the loan and she was getting ready to throw away my info i printed but as soon as i asked for them back she said oh she gotta make a copy first which made no sense..Karma is real.. they must not of knew who i was by the way i looked but soon will find out.

Other people looked friendly. Unfortunately I got the branch manager who looked as if he hated his job, upon me approaching his desk. I had already filled everything online and bought paperwork in as well. He skimmed over things and then threw them at me and stated what he could not use. Even Though the customer service told me otherwise. I was precise in making sure I bought in valid information. Long story short he didn’t want to be there and he made sure every customer knew that.

Told me I was good on the phone drove all the way to the store and sat there for him to tell me i can’t👎🏾They are click bait don’t waist time

Krystal Davis he did me the same way. It was the fact that I spoke with him on the phone I did and brought everything that he asked me to bring in all to get told something different when I came in. Poor communication. Lack of management.

I only recommend if you are going to pay it back as little as 2 weeks. If not, your going to pay double the amount I got 600 had to pay back 1200. If you cant pay one week you get a one time arrangement to pay the payment next week along with that other that's due. After that you wont be able to get another so if you cant pay on time again. The automated payment will try to go through. Then your bank will charge you a returned check fee and the company will too. I say dont do it. Fix your credit so you wont have to deal with crooked companies like this. No help will just put you in debt.
