American West Rainbow Crossing Luxury S Indigo Springs Rd, Las Vegas

I love homes with rooftop decks. The weather is so beautiful in Las Vegas you can use them at least nine months of the year. The homes at Rainbow Crossing have Las Vegas Strip views. Perfect for date night Saturdays as well as Fourth of July fireworks. They have electricity and gas hook ups so you can grill up there too. The homes have wet bars, something I haven't seen since the 1980s but really missed. Welcome back! They are great for big family feasts as well as intimate dinner parties. The master suites have sizable bedrooms-some big enough for sitting areas-- huge his and hers closets, and dual lavs. The showers are big enough for the whole family. They have two shower heads. Once you've had a shower with multiple sprays of water coming at you, you are hooked for life. All the children's bedrooms were nice sized, not the postage stamp-sized rooms you find in some subdivisions. My favorite was the Victoria.

Sales agent was super nice and let me tour at my own pace! Answered all my questions and wasn’t pushy

Please do not purchase a house from this group. They are very overpriced for the quality of work that is completed. We paid a high price thinking we would get quality and it has been a nightmare. The house was not finished when they scheduled the final walk through and they have yet to address all the repairs needed from the mess they left ( holes in walls etc) The two sales people Jelena and Brian were both unethical sales people trying to push us to close knowing full well the house was not completed. The construction supervisor tried to make up for it but we are still awaiting painting finishes, scratched up cabinet repairs and short cutting construction problems to be address. They also sent a survey to me that cannot be accessed. They are definitely no DR Horton and caused a massive amount of stress on me and my wife. Instead of an exciting process we ended up feeling violated. I hope we eventually get these things fixed and we heard from neighbors their house was not completed either. They also failed to clean the house before we moved in amd had to recall the cleaning team because there was dust everywhere. I could have pushed closing so they could finish and they insisted it would be done then went and told the management team that we insisted on closing. Unbelievable! Dont do it you've been warned...
