Don't know my brother closed on a house in fla. I'm just along for the ride. He said things went well.

This title company is the worst one around. Erica Henick Is terrible at her job. I closed on a new construction loan and my banker called me and said they never received the money wire. I advised him I never received any instructions on who to send wire too. My banker gave me the # to call the title company and asks for Erica. Once Erica was on the phone she was very rude and said she sent the instructions over. I asked her well what is the email you sent it to and she gave me the email and she was wrong. I asked her if you sending a very important email how come you didn’t follow up with a phone? Erica said I didn’t think of that. So I had to miss work and go to bank and get this all fix so I lost over $250 of my daily wages and my builder still hasn’t received the first draw to due Erica bad work. What we have here is a Failure to communicate. Don’t deal with American title if you don’t want your closing mess up and delayed.

Not only does Ms Lynn own the business but she is very much involved with the process and very hands-on - she took care of us! We are very pleased with the responsiveness and the professionalism with everyone we have been in communication with and fully recommend anyone looking for a title insurance agency, American Title Services is the winner!

It would be dishonest to write a good review about Dawn and her staff.They made my wife wait over an hour to walk 20 feet to get a folder to sign some papers.The closing was over a day late because the contracts were sent out in two day ups mail two days before closing and they was a jerk to my wife when asked questions.If this happens to us it will happen to you .Beware
