The team at AMSW helped us when nobody else would take the time. Our mortgage situation was very difficult with self-employed income and their experience from being in the mortgage industry for almost 3 decades is the only reason we were able to buy a home. This is the best group of people I've ever dealt with in the mortgage industry and will use them again.

The team at AMSW is unbelievable. The professional way they handled my file and technology that they have to make the process smooth was awesome. I had a couple of hurdles to overcome and they did it with ease. These folks have specialized in tough files for almost 20 years and it shows as they are the most educated folks in the mortgage industry that I have dealt with in my dozen purchases through out my life.

I can personally say that this Company is a great company to deal with. I have bought three homes through American Southwest Mortgage. Billy Holden, Kelley and Wess are great at what they do. Please keep up the good work and by the way, I'm ready for my next and last retirement home. I will be calling soon. Thank You, Rebecca Montes

This was the absolute worst mortgage experience I have ever encountered. First off I was advised by my builder a Billy Holden would be in contact with only to later find out I would NEVER be contacted by anyone verbally from this company let alone any Billy. A Wes contacted me asking for documents. An Angela requested documents from us and NEVER with a sense of urgency. Only to find out the day before closing we can't close because they sent my husband the wrong credit inquiry forms. Instead of advising us of the 72 hour window before closing they made this errir and then advised us THRU EMAIL to submit at our convenience. They then proceeded to push our closing date back. Causing us to cancel many service appointments. They never once advised us I needed to be present as the wife to sign the documents and screwed up our final documents. After finally signing tons of documents we were advised we had to wait for a phone call stating that the loan had funded and we could drive to the builder's office to get our keys. Had it not been for the title company questioning the "gifted amount" or "funds due at closing" our loan would have never funded. We were leaving the office in shock and without keys and realized this unprofessional company had struck again. The paperwork was incorrect and because the title company started investigating while we were there, we would NOT have gotten funded and would not have gotten keys despite many appointments including movers we had scheduled. Once their error was corrected our loan was funded instantly. This company knew exactly what they were doing. Either they are vindictive or unprofessional and incompetent. I don't know which is worse. The only reason we used them was because our builder used them and it came with incentives. BUYER BEWARE. You are in for the worst business experience you could ever imagine. And guesd what? I never heard from dear old Billy Holden. He never once picked up his phone to apologize and/or explain. Does he even exist?

I was given an approval letter, and put a home under contract. During the application process I was assured by the agent that everything looked good, and there would be no issues moving forward. After a mix up with the paperwork it took three days for the agent to get back to me, and by e-mail. Not by phone like I was asking. During that time they fixed the paper and moved on. Again the agent assured that there were no problems and everything was prepared to continuewith my home purchase. It wasn't until after I paid for the inspection on the home that I was informed by the agent that my credit scores were not good enough to proceed. This is information he had on me for a long time, and should have informed me of right away. I was Irate, as he cost me hundreds of dollars that I cannot get back because of his failure to be honest and prompt.

BUYER BEWARE, BUYER BEWARE, BUYER BEWARE! WILL PROMISE YOU A LOAN, AND THEN WALK IT BACK. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME...I WARNED YOUUU................
