My entire experience with Spencer and his team was great from start to finish. I had originally reached out to multiple lenders and received great loan estimates from them, ultimately though they were lacking the ability to answer most if not any questions I had. Spencer, right from the get go answered every single question I had and made me feel like I could definitely count on him. From there the process was simple and each team member communicated clearly on what I was required to do or what part of the process we were in. I am really thankful for Spencer and his teams help!

Even with a 45 day contract they failed to close on time and didn’t both sourcing all funds until three days before closing. I've used American Mortgage Network for several loans. Yes several because I've been more than satisfied with each loan. The process was easy and they were able to get some loans done that many other lenders couldn't. I highly recommend them.
