Dave and his team made what I was expecting an increasingly painful experience seamless. Could not possibly be happier, Dave worked to find me the best loan, with an amazing rate and we were even able to close early due to his team’s diligence. I would 100% recommend to anyone!

The Osburg team has been extremely helpful in the tough climate of an insane market. Every step of the way whether it be Dave or anyone on his team has kept me informed and up to date on the loan process. Seeing as this was my first time purchasing a house, the process can be a bit confusing. So to be able to have individuals come together and make sure I am aware every step of the process has been terrific. I would recommend this team to anyone because they are efficient, available, and not to mention extremely friendly and relatable. They speak to you like another human instead of another number which makes for a better experience!

Hoping this is the right one but Dave Osburg was wonderful. I had just gotten horrible news, delivered very coldly, from on point mortgage, that we pretty much werent able to be lent to. Dave just happened to call me shortly after, and even though he knew he wouldnt be able to lend to us, he was so amazingly kind and helpful. Getting me information to try for a USDA direct loan, and was so very encouraging. He didnt need to do that as all, on his end, but im glad he did. I was at the end of my rope today and he didnt know how much I needed that, and im so very grateful.

Joe Cusick made my experience much more stressful than it needed to be. He refused to waive unnecessary fees and blamed it on the bank (I confirmed with the realtor and title company that they were not only unnecessary but unwarranted, and completely within his power to waive). He refused to answer mine or my realtors phone calls the day of closing, and his voicemail box was full. Overall, American Morgage made the process of buying a house far more stressful than it should have been (and it’s already stressful). Find yourself a local credit union and avoid this place.

I had the BEST experience working with this mortgage company. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. They were quick to respond to my emails and phone calls. They turned what is usually a nightmare into an easy process. I would especially like to thank Wendy and Sarah for their hard work and sweetness! Our credit union, that we used to swear by, seemed to go out of their way to make the mortgage process difficult. We would definitely go to AMS first in the future. My husband and I closed on our dream home this week thanks to them!
