Well it started out positive an good went looked at a house found one they told me I was pre approved so they told me to do an inspection an a appraisal an promissory money an I fork all that money out an they said I was denied wait a min I said I don’t everything they wanted me to an had me believe I was approved for $70,000 I got frustrated because I’m like is this a calculation or is it approved that kept saying the lend said it’s the number to go with now I lost out on a house an money

Stay away. They said that I was preapproved, then they changed their mind. They pulled my credit, so there's nothing to hide. Then they said I could get approved with a cosigner, and that didn't work either. They made my contractor rewrite his estimate 6 times because of minor issues that weren't ok with them. Something as simple as the tax being included, instead of a separate line. They take way too much time. I had to pay for 3 extensions. They keep losing my documents, and asking me to resend them. My contractor and realtor said that they have never worked for such an irresponsible lender.
