Ryan Vidovich was superb in guiding my wife and I through the VA home loan process. I dreaded the paperwork involved in buying a home but with Ryan there were no headaches. He and the ladies in his office kept us up to date and fully informed on what was required of whom and when. That Ryan is an ace! He deserves a raise, Mr. Paulozzi. If anyone, henceforth, asks me where to go for a home loan, my answer will be American Midwest Mortgage!

I am completely in aww.. Very Unprofessional! We had been waiting two months for a rescore to process for myself. Gary never told us that they would have to run a rescore on my wife's credit as well. When confronting Gary about the long wait, this was his response below. When we tried speaking to him he was rude and spoke over us. Maybe it's time to retire? If it weren't for you not paying that one first Premier account a long time ago and them turning over to the collection company this would have been done. Your middle credit score is _ _ _ because of prior credit issues. You need a _ _ _. I emailed our credit vendor this morning for an update. If you both are unhappy with how this is going you are welcome to find another lender. Gary U.

I recently closed a house in Garfield hts with this company and my experience was THE WORSE! the mortgage lady was terrible, the communication between her, the title company (which was also terrible[Ohio real title]), and the realtor DID NOT COMMUNICATE OR WORK WELL TOGETHER for the entire process! My first home purchase was AWFUL dealing with this group of people and i wouldn't recommend any of them! And to top it off, they locked me out of my house on the transfer of the property! Had to wait til the next day to have a locksmith open the door! Perfect ending to a terrible experience..

Gary was our loan officer he went above and beyond for making sure everything went right He was honest and straightforward never given us fake promises that being said that he put us On budget that we could work with and he assured the loan closed and we are proud owners of our beautiful house now.

I sold a property with them as a lender for buyer.... its ridiculous that they said I'd get funded and I'm still waiting..... they don't keep their words

Jim is top quality. His experience in the industry, and the way he kept his finger on the current market, was outstanding. He simplified the complex, and gave guidance when needed. I highly recommend the folks here at American Midwest Mortgage.

Very dissappointed with Brandon Bromley. Do not work with him. He accepted our business in helping us with a home loan. Right before he's leaving for the week to go on vacation. Our situation was timely. He knew it. He could've had someone answer questions while he was gone or given us to someone who could help us better. Furthermore, He won't remember your name. He called me Melissa. Not good when you're helping someone make the biggest purchase of a lifetime? He also said my husband and I would qualify under an FHA when we qualified for a conventional loan twice before. Fha is harder to work with more expensive all around. He likes to text business instead of a phone call. He doesn't know how to spell. I feel sorry for us for the very first time, because we've been having everything fall into place. Accept for a nice, hard working loan officer who can get stuff done and KNOW our name! When you are a business person with clients. You answer the phone! Don't blow off your customers.

The associates here have terrible communication, was suppose to close on a house over a month ago and wasted another month in rent towards my apartment. I kept in communication with my lender, asking him about addition documentation that needed to be turned in before signing and my lender did not communicate with me the truth regarding what was needed. I am very disappointed and upset. My realtor promised me she would never work with this company again.
