Filled out the online information sheet to try to open a line of communication. I received no response. Two weeks later I go in to the office at 4:15 on a Friday and I'm told I will have to come back next week because they close at 5. Went to Umpqua bank in Roseburg at 4:45 and were greeted and treated with great respect. We are now on our way to our next investment property but DEFINITELY NOT with American Home Lending.
