Gerard Dickson is an AWESOME Loan Officer! His attention to detail is great. He took the time to explain everything from A to Z in a very professional manner. As a first-time homebuyer, this home buying experience (especially surrounding the mortgage process) can be daunting and extremely stressful. However, from the first introduction to the final closing, Gerard and his team truly provided a white-glove service. He made sure I understood every.single.step of the process and was there to answer all of my questions (even the ones i thought were "dumb" lol).
