Gabriel explained everything in detail and seemed to be double checking facts as we were talking (ex. pauses and then it seemed as though he was read information from his companies database). Overall, I have to say that I feel much more confident going forward knowing that I have the budget in place that he helped me come up with. We had been just spending monet when we had it and not spending it when we didn't. LOL He gave me great tips on how we can push our credit scores up (it'll be slow, but that's how it works...) and how to get money put away every month. I'd recommend him in a heartbeat. My Son's account.... Consumer Credit Counseling Inc has an A Plus rating with The Better BusIness Bureau. They have a Counseling Professional named Ben Leary,who just guided me through a comprehensive personal plan of action for myself,my life,and my family. I was in a counseling session with Ben for well over an hour,going through a budget plan for me,and the correct actions to take with my creditors. It was quite intense,but Ben made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process.I am very grateful to Ben for his time ,patience,and effort given towards the entire consultation.

The representative, Matt, was very attentive and courteous. I appreciated the time spent with me taking information and giving me different options to take care of our situation. We will consider the information and make a decision in a day or two.

Excellent staff. Very helpful and lots of knowledge. Whenever I had a question they have been there to help with advice and answers. You can’t go wrong if you need help getting your finances in order.

Please be advised that Gabriel was highly professional and very pleasant. Moreover, he did not allow for pessimism. Meaning, as soon I as I hesitated from frustration, he immediately provided a number of options. Subsequently, what felt like insurmountable hurdles became, eventually, a workable plan from numbers but based in hope. We all fight for home, hearth and family. Sometimes it feels too much, and we feel as if we are drowning (even if it is not true but eminent). Dreams then become injuries to our spirit...keeping us from movement, making one feel paralyzed. Gabriel took that coma-like paralysis away and created a treatment plan for the budget, if you will. This will not be easy. It will take time and dedication. However. Gabriel's knowledge, skills and abilities (coupled with his optimism) is giving the opportunity for a good run. He is a blessing!

Calling a place like this brings up many emotions such as guilt and shame; however, Ben assured me that these are normal feelings and by the end of the call I would feel more hopeful, which I did. Ben made me feel at ease. He was kind, humorous and thorough. I appreciated the time he took to explain things and allowed for questions. There is hope now that I will be clear of credit card debt in five years, that I could retire before 90 and live a stress-free life.

For anyone who is struggling with debt I highly recommend ACCC. Their representative Sawyer took the time to explain everything on how the program works and he answered all my questions. He was very patient and very knowledgeable as well as honest. If there was something I didn't understand he took the time to explain in great detail. He put my mind at ease and I know I have made the right choice. I encourage people that think there is no way out to call and talk with ACCC. It will be the best decision you will ever make.

My name is Louise and I just had the best experience in speaking with David Spector at American Consumer. I spoke to Dave for 2 hrs covering information regarding a reverse mortgage. He was most informative and patiently answered all my questions (of which I had many) I came away from this experience very informed with a clearer understanding of reverse mortgages. I got myself into a deep hole a few years ago and searched for some credit help and settled on these folks and I'm very glad I did. I could not afford the payments I was making and no hope of catching up. They were able to get my creditors to reduce interest to almost nothing and gave me payments I could handle with a very small fee.
