My experience with Nick was very nice. He was kind and informative. Allowed me to ask all my questions and gave great answers. I know this is my first interaction with the company, but if Nick’s level of customer service and professionalism, I expect good things from them in the future.

I was reluctant at first to call ACCC but at the recommendation of a good friend who uses their services I finally did. I was more than pleased with the initial results and my counselor Melissa was outstanding. My monthly bills will be reduced substantially and I should be debt free in 5 yrs or less. Please don't hesitate to call if you're struggling with CC debt. This program works!

Keva was amazing to work with. Not only was she able to answer all of my questions and help me understand the budget breakdown better, but it was really great just talking to her. Wonderful experience and left a great feeling for my future.

Star was great on explaining everything. This is a great program on getting back on track to getting your credit score up. There is no other place to go to if you need help getting your credit score back up. Remember credit is everything I appreciate this company and their employees on helping out the middle class.

They helped me so much get out of credit card debit. It was an easy process after the intial set up. I have paid off thousands in debt in 2 years, and gained 40 points on my credit score by following the suggestions.

I was almost $30k in debt when I started the program and barely able to make minimum payments. After starting my program with ACCC I was able to reduce the amount of interest I was accruing and make one monthly payment instead of trying to be on top of several different payments. It was a long road, but I'm only about 5 months away from being completely debt free! The services ACCC provide were instrumental in my ability to finally get in control of my finances.

Great service, thanks for the detailed explanation. It help me to understand that I do not need this service and there where no pressure to take it. It's free of cost, and I know that even though this company is willing to help I am better off doing it on my own.

I just got off the phone with Joshua from ACCC. He was so wonderful. He helped me make the final payment on my account by double checking with my creditor and assuring me that all the fees were up-to-date. This has been the Most amazing company to work with and Joshua is proof of that!!!

Juan the credit counselor was ver professional and knowledgeable. He was also very empathetic to our stressful situation and worked to get many of our creditors to zero percent interest and much lower payments and we feel like we have a little breathing room now and can now save for emergencies instead of turning to credit cards. He also set up a budget for us to follow which I have tried for many years to do. Thank you Juan for getting out life back on track and getting us toward being debt free.

I talked with Tom in regards to getting help with my DMP and he was very helpful and patience. Really knowledgeable about everything. I got everything set up within an hour. I actually had my phone die and then my watch died on Tom and he called right back and made sure I was able to sign into everything and finish setting everything up and it's 10:32 pm eastern time. I really appreciate it. I can't wait to get started.

I was in a spot like so many others. Someone had suggested to me ACCC for help. Amidst all the reviews you can read about credit counseling people fail to mention that this is all personal responsibility. You have to put in the work and companies like ACCC, assist. If you find yourself drowning in debt or need help organizing your financial responsibilities I would suggest talking with a representative at ACCC.

Everything was well laid out and easy to understand. All my questions were answered quickly and clearly. I would recommend this organization to anyone needing help in their finances.
