Tom really took the time to listen to my needs and help me figure out the actions I need to take to achieve my goals. He took me step by step over the whole process and how they can help me. I am not the greatest when it comes to figuring out how credit works but he definitely gave me a better understanding and I was able to figure out how to better my credit score. And their prices are actually very very reasonable. You really want to call Tom and get some help with your credit!

Was in a poor spot financially & my credit really needed work. As far as ACCC, the organization; I can say they are very knowledgeable, very streamlined and organized, not a minute wasted. I have utilized American Consumer Credit Counseling Services on 2 occassions. Once quite a few years ago, around 2009, and again today. Both times I have had very positive experiences and received considerable help with an overwhelming situation related to financial debt. This is a nonprofit organization, which means that they are in business to help people get back on track - not make money off of them! They saved me thousands of dollars and years of endless credit card payments. Tom was very helpful in assessing the overall financial picture and developing a practical solution. All the people there are helpful and nonjudgmental. Thanks again Tom for your kindness and assistance!

Richard was amazing with me. As a young adult (24) this was something I had been putting off in handling debt management. Richards confidence made it so easy for me to feel welcomed and un-judged in the handling of such personal affairs. Now I’m taking care of myself and my money thanks to all the information and help I’ve received!

I called extremely overwhelmed with everything and Tom took his time to go through all of my debt and answer every single question I had. I was so worried about being judged because I was already ashamed for being at the point where I needed help with my debt, but not once was I made to feel bad about anything and actually hung up the phone feeling better than I have in a while. The process was extremely easy. I’m still responsible for my debt which was important to me, it’s just more manageable for my situation. Amazing company to work with to resolve our debt!! I have been in the program over 2 years but have needed to suspend payment a couple months and the CSR each time has been so pleasant to work with and help us work out an affordable payment arrangement each month. Thank you Doug James

They are great help they gave me every available option so that could choose what was best for me. They are really patient as well and very informative. My counselor also told me that they have a student loan counselor who can help me with my loans so I will be reaching out to them as well. I am looking forward to working with this company and becoming debt free

My experience with Tom and ACCC was excellent! I rarely leave 5 stars for anyone or any place but, when you have someone stay after-hours to complete my new account profile...someone who's articulate, intelligent, knowledgeable and just easy to talk with...well, I suggest a salary increase and/or upper level management position is a given!

I felt I was drowning. I had done every stupid thing to try and pay off my credit card debt. The usual transferring to a card with lower interest and also getting a consolidation loan at my bank. Of course after a while I would begin using the cards again until I was back where I started. I researched ACCC and liked what I read. The counselor was helpful, understanding, and nonjudgmental. She obtained my information and went over the process. I signed up that day and 4.5 years later my debt is paid off. I have learned to change habits and I know I will never be in this situation again. I cannot thank them enough or give a high enough rating. If you are considering signing up with ACCC you will not regret it.

Always helpful and friendly, helped me pay off my credit card debts with reduced interest rates. Great alternative to bankruptcy so you can keep a good credit history.

He was nice and very knowledgeable he knew how to use or navigate the system to find things that I didn't know at the moment and made me feel appreciated and not like oh just another guy in debt

The counselor was very helpful, but the nature of my debts causes me not to have smaller total monthly payment. I have three loans with monthly payment being almost $900 per month and I will get no reduction

ACCC has been great in helping me consolidate multiple accounts into 1 monthly payment as well as lower the interest rates for some of the more common credit accounts. Managing my debt in a more practical way. Highly recommend for anyone in a similar position.

Their program is going to clear my debt in just over three years as opposed to 14 years with a monthly savings of about $300. Jon Feldman with ACCC always answered my questions promptly and helped me to understand different issues. I paid off $25,000 in debt in less than two years on a good program to gain my life back. I was able to close on a new home last month! Life threw me a big curve ball and i was about to have a breakdown, but all of the associates at ACCC helped me to rally and gather my wits and get this taken care of.
