Tucker was very thorough from the start. He was easy to speak to and explained everything in detail. He answered all my questions as best as he possibly could. If Tucker didn't have an answer at that exact moment he would look into it and update me on our upcoming phone call. He was always there when I needed help even on a holiday weekend!
