I called and made a payment arrangement over the phone on a payment because I was off work with pneumonia that week was told that was ok the next day the little bit of money I had for the next week was gone out of my account. My first payment was due on Dec 1 it's the 8th and they cleaned my account out for a loan 6 days late worst business even then I was told that a verbal arrangement over the phone meant nothing even tho the manager agreed upon the verbal arrangement
