I applied for an auto loan and credit card. Nancy Harrington at the Yelm Walmart ACU office assisted me through the process. She was very professional and knowledgeable of the process. Nancy even went above and beyond and personally delivered the check for my new 2022 Subaru Outback Wilderness to the dealership. Nancy Harrington is the example of outstanding customer service.

ACU staff has always gone above and beyond for me. From professionally handling and refunding a stressful fraudulent claim on Christmas eve, to quickly approving and moving forward with credit loans, the acu staff has been great over the phone, and in person.

Staff is always friendly and I have never had any issues that couldn't be resolved in the same day the customer service hear is fantastic I would recommend this store branch to everyone.

Is there a minus star? Wasn't aware that you have to be a US citizen for them to allow you to open an account. If I have a job a valid ss# (verified by you, the bank) it's obvious that i am here legally. Guess I'll take my $200+grand elsewhere. I feel discriminated.

I am impressed with professionalism and care. I do wish you had free checks but it is not any big deal, over all so far you are great.

ATM terminal never works!!!!!! At both locations in town!!!!! This is literally the 7th time in the past 6 months, rarely cash checks but when I need to, its always down.
