ACCU is the best financial institution ever. I had an auto loan with them for almost 3 years. The rate was very good and when Covid came I was able to skip payment for 3 months without any fees. Few months ago, I paid of my loan and there’s was a little mistake and it was reported to credit bureau but they work with them to fix everything. Thank you so much for that. I’ll recommend anyone to work with them!!! Thanks again Nathalie!!

I was looking to change my account from my old Credit Union to the American Christian Credit Union however the benefits aren't as good as where I already bank so I decided against changing. The person that I talked to was very nice and very helpful in explaining how they work their account. My friend use American Christian Credit Union and they really like it that's why I gave it four stars because of Word of Mouth.

We prefer banking at a credit union over any of the big banks and ACCU is our choice. They offer friendly service in a safe location as well as online options also. Very satisfied!

The car loan I've gotten myself into thinking that it would be a better loan with better terms and better APR but upon initiating the contract they did something wrong with the withdraw and tried to negatively bill me for past due when it was 1 of their errors with their associate who did not enter my account information correctly. When I called them about my payment not being taken out of my account, one person told me the first payment was not due for another month. Payment was due when I called them the first time. completely incompetent no consistency no call back only been with them for less than 90 days and I'm wondering how to get out of it. Now they have not sent me a letter stating it was their fault. Has negatively affected my credit. Worst bank ever. Not to mention took 120 days to close for the account, I should have taken that sign for horrible practices..

Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere. Terrible customer service and they are extremely stingy on who they will extend credit to...I've never seen anything like it in my life. My husband is a full-time pastor, and I have MY OWN full-time income and an "excellent" credit score on all 3 bureaus, no consumer debt, under 5k student loans, and they wouldn't give me a credit card, even when I asked them to reconsider. Totally ridiculous.

Never sent a replacement debit card even though I have been calling each month since January of this year. Slowest transfers I've ever seen, says 3-5 days usually takes 7-10 to make any sort of transfer.

They do try to make things work for their customers. They are much improved and worthy of 5 stars! Reps will reach out and engage customers.

I am a member and used ACCU to submit loan to SBA for Payroll Protection Program. This company has world class service. Amazing communication ability under extremely difficult circumstances. If I could give them a 0 I would. Ever since they bought my last bank they have bullied me, even closing my account without notifying me because my account was over drawn. They are not a Christian organization and do not care about their customers. I have taken my three accounts to another bank and happy I am gone.
