This place has been in business for quite a bit of years, so they must be doing something right! Margarita has always shown professionalism to me, with friendliness that makes me feel comfortable, and the feeling that I am getting quality service from someone that REALLY knows the business regarding filing taxes and the like! 👍👍

Horrible customer service!!! On Thursday, 10/3/2017 I got in an argument with and old man that works there and the supposeably owner. I requested and electronic payment with the old man and instead, he printed two money orders. Then he has the nerve to ask me if I wanted stamps. I told him that is not what I requested that I needed an electronic payment. He looks at me and make it seem it was my fault. So I mention to him that he needs to fix his error. Then the supposeably owner rudely judges my attitude after her employee made the mistake. So I gave her and her employee a piece of my mind. They need customer service training, but what can you expect from ignorant people.
