I’ve been a member for over 10 years. This branch has been super helpful and convenient due to hours, location, and the fact that it’s connected to a Walmart. I opened my son’s first account here. Every time I come with my son they offer a lollipop. I visited only Walmart as I didn’t have any business to do at this branch. My 3 year old son remembered he could get a lollipop and I encouraged him to ask. He asked politely and they responded awesomely and let him choose a lollipop. I’m glad I am a member.

What a pleasure it is to work with this credit union. I could NOT have asked for better service. I was closing on a loan and had to sign papers after work. I BARELY made it before they closed (which is, I know, a jerk thing to do), but I wasn't hassled or made to feel like I was inconveniencing anyone at all (no attitude from any of the employees, which is a nice change from what seems to be standard in the customer service field). I have had several loans here and I have my checking and savings account with America First.. I am one happy customer! I definitely recommend this institution.

Went in today to open an account for my son waited 20 minutes one of the workers just looked at me without a word when I got up to leave that's when he said something wasn't much help today I been with this credit union for a long time but this location was really disappointing.

this branch doesn’t even deserve one star. I started my loan at a branch downtown, they were closing at six so they sent me to this branch. Walked in with 27 minutes until they closed , and the manager Jason who didn’t want to stay late to help me with my loan told me he was not willing to help me because of the time, and told me to come back another day. I definitely would not recommend wasting your time with this branch. They do not value their customers, this branch is bad business all the way around I would recommend MACU instead of this circus of a bank.

Even if they are a small office their service is great. Fast and friendly. Even if you have to do applications and stuff they are like "Ok it will take 30 minutes wait" but they call you right away. Great to go on saturdays which in other locations the wait can be as long as 3t minutes
