    Although I came in at 10:45am to miss the lunch crowd and I counted 5 employees in the office. No one knew how to cash a cashiers check…. They asked me to wait on the couch for 15 minutes then sent me In to one of the rooms to get help depositing my check to my account. She tried unsuccessfully to deposit my check, then declared she wasn’t able to and asked me to wait an additional 10 minutes for someone to help that apparently wasn’t @ the office? I ended up just depositing the check in the atm outside… kind of a headache really. 😂 it’s funny I read all the negative reviews and thought Aw hey maybe those people were having bad days and just got unlucky, so I’ll go at a random time to ensure I’m the only customer inside. Yeah that didn’t help at all. I really recommend avoiding this location at all costs. I mean we’ll if you have a lot of time and don’t mind waiting everyone is really nice, but to deposit a check… a process that takes less than 3 minutes at ufcu, chase, or capitol one don’t expect the same level of service.

    Once again a 25 minute wait with 2 customers ahead of me to deposit a check in someone else's account. Not a human in sight helping customers except for the rep at the door. One would think he could help with a simple deposit. I know they are trying to have the customer do all of this online, however this is not always possible. Poor way to treat customers.

    Manager of the bank is professional and has improved efficiency of delegating bankers so that you are assisted in the most timely manner possible while keeping a friendly attitude. Carter, the banker who mostly assists me is very professional, friendly and acts with urgency, outstanding customer service on his end!

    Ugh. If I were ever to go back to a bank for my accounts, it would never be a Bank of America. 40 minute wait today, to cash an employer's pay check. What I was told, was that they had eliminated all teller positions, and the bankers take on that roll, along with their own. Not to mention they still have bankers fees, and had the audacity to want me to become a member, or charge me $8 to cash the check. No thank you BoA, I hope never to have to do business with you again.

    Most incompetent Bank of America branch I have ever witnessed they need to close down they cannot even service their customers they’re always backed up you can’t expect to get what you came for they do not help they do not care

    35minute wait to after cash out of my account! You see how busy it is!? Poor poor service for a bank.. and access to my account. Unbelievable!

    Manager was very rude (kaile) I've been on hold to renew my ID for special circumstances that laid on immigration services, they denied me access to my money because of this, my wife is a BOFA employee on maternity leave so she was trying to help them to find solutions wich the manager didn't tolerate and went off on his employees treat to fired them when they didn't even try anything other than not to help me, I felt discriminated since I started talking Spanish to one of the bankers wich also speaks Spanish, the lagged of professionalism from the manager definitely reflects on his employees performance, I really wish that when my wife comes back to work is not under a manager such like him, the work environment most be miserable in there.

    DONT EVER WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS BRANCH. There's a reason it has the worst reviews out of all the branches. The customer service is non-existent here. And they have no idea what conflict resolution is. I got told to leave and call a number, the lady I talked to said they didn't do their job and to go back and take to the manager, the manager kale turned me away because I got mad the first time they wouldn't help me and swore. Not at the employees but at the situation. Never once have I ever experienced that poor of service and lack of someone wanting to help a customer. Do yourself a favor and go to the branch at jordan landing. Heck go to a branch in another state before going to the Taylorsville branch.

    They have been very hard to work with. The staff was very polite and tried to help but I drove almost 3 hours round trip because the telephone based caller I worked with said that I could walk in for a printed statement that I am looking for. When I got there, they did not have access to it. There are better banks to work with and especially in Utah where there are few branches to work with. I will be changing my accounts ASAP

    Bank of america as a whole is a joke. I closed my account NUMEROUS times in person -with paperwork and with numerous agents- and they never close my account. And of course the lovely cherry on top of bank locations being "open" and then when you arrive during business hours, closed. So much wasted time and frustration on a bad institution that is leading the way in conartistry.
