America First Credit Union (inside Walmart) S 1750 W, Springville

I have been with these guys for over 20 years, they have had all of my loans and the rates were competitive to the current market. They have never given my any hassle. I do understand that a smaller inside location of a Walmart will have wait time. Please keep up the good work!!!

Terri Wooten is rude and unhelpful. When coming in 30 minutes before closing on a Saturday she told me she didn’t have time to process my loan for a car I was purchasing. I was on the phone with America First all day making sure everything was set for this to go through. Even the seller of the vehicle came and was rejected by Terri. This was the only time I had off of work to get this done and now I have to inconvenience more people until I’m able to get the time to get the loan taken care of. As I walked past the bank after getting items from Walmart, her and another teller were casually talking and eating fruit snacks. Looks like she had time to do something, just not something work related.

I went in with the intention of opening up a business account with them but their lead teller Julia made me feel very unwelcome. Since our interaction started, she didn’t seem friendly or like she wanted to help me. I almost felt like a bother to her. To me it’s all about customer service and I refuse to do business where I feel unwelcome. I told her I’d come back but I decided to open up my account with UCCU instead.

My father-in-law went in and spoke with a loan officer who turned him away because of his ITIN. It wasn't until my father-in-law mentioned his business accounts at Wells Fargo that the loan officer tried to then negotiate with him. That's not an ethical way to do business and I will be contacting the BBB.

Went to deposit a check, I clearly stated I wanted it deposited into checking and got a careless attitude from the teller. Found out a week later the check had been put into savings. I clearly did not want it there and felt really disappointed by the lack of care.

The people at American First Credit Union are always kind and helpful. They're online banking is fantastic to and saved me a ton of time. I've got my number of loans and accounts there and have not had nothing but great experiences. I would recommend American First Credit Union to anyone else. I hope you give it a try. The time I got a loan, I was able to get it in a single day. It was not painful to fill out paperwork at all like many other places I've been. I forgot my identification at first and they were very understanding as I ran out to my car to get it. They did not come to send to me or make me feel stupid and I appreciated that. On my day-to-day transactions with them. They always protect my information. Every time I do something either need my banking card or my PIN. I had someone that I didn't want accessing my account attempted to access my account and they denied them because of their outstanding security, that person had every ability to get into my account before I could stop them. I have met the branch manager personally. He greets me every single time I go through there or when I see him in the Walmart renting space from. I would trust that man with my money no matter what, he always looks out for everyone. I think anyone could go with their problems and you would make sure to help them.

By far one of my favorite branches to deal with. Both the teller staff and the management are professional and courteous. I am always greeted by name upon arriving (before I swipe a card) and shown respect. This branch is by far better than the Spanish fork Maceys branch. My only complaint is they do not do international currency orders here.

I have been a member since they bought out a small local credit union, that I became a member of in 1984. They have always been great to work with me. When I moved here in 2004 I stayed with them and have never been unhappy with any of their services.

I’ve been coming here for a few years now and always have a very pleasant experience. I’ve opened up a few car loans and done several transactions. There is occasionally a long line they get you through pretty quick. Glad to have them here!

I love america first and have been banking here since 15 years of age. This location however is different. The younger guy with black glasses at this location has always made me feel like a nusiance every time i make a deposit or withdrawl and has a very bad judgemental attitude and directly ignores me when I ask how his day is or say have a good night etc. and it seems like the other tellers at this location also tend to have a bad attitude and are generally unfreindly. I'd give america first as a whole 5 stars but this location has crappy customer service.
