They are awesome! My friend recommended I look into refinancing my car with them. I first met with Sergio and he was great. Eventually it was the branch manager, Rebecca, that helped me several things after the original refinance. We ended up refinancing our 2nd car with them. She helped us open a business account. She helped us do a new loan for a new purchase and she is now helping us with another new purchase! She is always so personable and cheerful! I definitely recommend America First and especially Rebecca!!

I have never had a complaint in the service and tellers here. My only concern is there is no listed phone number for the location.

I feel the people here are nice. I am Hispanic and have never felt any of the workers are racist. It makes me sad to see reviews that is always about race. Maybe the workers were struggling with just you and not because of your race. If you worry about racism here don't. They are nice to me and my family
