America First Credit Union (inside Lee's Marketplace) N Redwood Rd, North Salt Lake

This branch gives great service but unfortunately all America First Credit Unions now close at 6 pm instead of 7 pm which is sad because the reason I chose to have a business account with them was because they are open until 7 pm. COVID is OVER AF PLEASE go back to working regular hours.

They are the most helpful, appreciative group of America First employees I have ever experienced. They will go out of their way to make sure that you are happy to be banking with America First. All employees have great training from customer service skills, to all banking questions. They are willing to take the time to assist you with any questions. Employees are always well dressed, clean and smiling. The banking area has a ATM for after hours. Highly recommended.

Super great costumers services the employees are all waste smile ing

Entered the branch on my lunch break in hopes to speak with the loan officer, was told she probably wouldn’t be available in the next 30 minutes so I decided to get off work early to come back in entered the branch at 2:20 and stood and waited for the loan officer to free up. 2:50 comes around and an associate tells me they can not help me and that the current member will take up the rest of the open hours.. I get that the business hours are short due to current events in the world but I would have expected the associates to stay 10 maybe 15 minutes late to help me with my very few questions. I would have appreciated being told sooner rather than waiting half an hour that they would not be helping me. Not impressed with the customer service.

To other dealers in the area; i wouldn't send your customers here. They don't understand how loans, title processing and flooring companies work and will hassle both you and your customer. Very unprofessional.

The teller that helped me couldn’t even find my account and was rude and short with me.

The branch manager is so arrogant. She displays an prejudice demeanor. After a disagreement with one of the tellers not counting my cash deposit accurately. Three times. She pulled me aside and told me in a hushed tone, if i didn't like it i should take my money back to Mexico...
