America First Credit Union N Main St, Clearfield

I've been using America First since 1986. Never had one issue. I've had a mortgage, auto loans through them. Just great staff who are always willing to help. Their bill pay is very slick. Pay all my bills through them.

The tellers are so rude here. The rudest is the teller manager. I have to come here for work and they won't take our change order unless we call it in first. And as soon as we walk in, they don't even greet us, they just say, "did you call it in?" I've never even heard of banks doing that. I've come for my own personal banking and it's the same thing. They'll have personal conversations instead of focusing on me. I love America First, but I dread coming to this one.

Hey all! Want a bank that hides your charges so you think you have more money than you do and then surprise!!!! You're screwed!! Would you like that? Well then this is the bank for you!!!! Not only will they hide pending charges so they come along later to screw you, but they also are one of the slowest processing banks in the state! Wells Fargo will let you transfer money immediately but not America First!!! You'll have to wait about 3 days to get that money you need! Isn't that great??? Also with Wells Fargo you can put a check in the ATM and they will immediately have a portion if not all the money available for you! But not America First, to put a check in the ATM you will need to fill out a lengthy form, put the check in an envelope, and hope the damn thing goes through within a week! So if you would like to bank with one of the shittiest banks in America look no further than America First Credit Union! :D

great place! the tellers are always on top of their game! there has been a couple mistakes that other branches never do to me but overall great bank to have.

I've had America First for years. Tellers are usually friendly but the girls at this location are just plain rude. If you hate your job, quit!

Marilyn Buelo has been so awesome and helpful to my husband and I. She has assisted us numerous times and has had so much patience with us when we didn't understand a whole lot. I only hope that all of her customers get the chance to experience her customer service. She is someone who bends over backwards for her customers ten fold. You made us feel more like an actual person then a number. We have also had Phillip assist us a few times when Marilyn was not working, and he has also been so kind and helpful. This branch is definitely lucky that they have these two.

My kids brought in the piggy banks to deposit and the tellers were so sweet to them! They also helped me get more bang for their buck my explaining a student savings account compared to a regular savings, earning oodles more interest for my kids college education.

I live down the street from this bank. I hate going there so much cause of the people so I go all the way to the other one. There are 4 younger kids that work there and they have the worst customer service ever. They make it really awkward when you try to get help because they dont greet you or smile. They have never said thanks or anything. You guys need a whole new crew of people that actually have good customer service skills. They are like zombies that dont do nothing....

I love this branch because the staff always treat me like I am family unlike some of the other branches where I am treated like crap. I won't say which one, but the branch manager was rude to me and did everything in her power to get rid of me fast because she noticed my choice of jewelry I wear proudly.

Love this branch! the staff are super nice and helpful! Especially the cute boy with the curly hair 🙈
