America First Credit Union W Sunset Blvd, St. George

I’ve enjoyed using AFCU it’s an overall good credit union. This branch though is not my favorite. Given banks are a professional establishment which I understand. some people don’t have family or babysitters to help take your kids and you need to haul them along with you. I have two young kids 5 and 2 that are honestly well behaved but my son was just pretending to be a “banker” in an empty station on the main floor where the loan officers are. He didn’t touch anything he just sat on the chair and pretended like he was typing on the desk. I had two ladies who work there just huffing and puffing that kids were in there as me and the wife both needed to be there to open a new account. Overall just poor customer service as they don’t know the situation others are in and just made the experience bad. I would suggest to go to another branch and deal with some better customer service not uptight ladies. Thanks for coming to my ted talk 😁

Probably one of my best experiences in bank in a long time, staff was fast friendly and very knowledgeable. I recommend this branch to everyone who banks with America First. Go an see Andrea. She handled my personal and business account flawlessly.

Awesome branch with some genuine employees. Debbie was understanding and patient with my loan and remained thorough throughout the process. She took time to make sure things were correct, and made me feel like a priority. Definitely recommend her and this branch in general as they're very professional and personal.

I love AFCU!! I have been a member since I was a teenager. I have never had any problems with them. They have been spectacular to work with on loans (I'm self employed so that can be tricky). The people in the credit union are very friendly to me, which is great. I would recommend using AFCU for personal or business needs.

I've been banking with America First Credit Union since I moved to Saint George, three years ago, and I have been treated very well. They really watch out for my interests and help notify me if they think that there are any fraudulent charges going on. They know where I usually spend my money and how I spend it so anything that looks out of the ordinary flags them and they flag me. They give great service and know me by name when I walk through their doors. Thank You.

Just had a great experience! My fiancé just went to deposit some cash into her account . The lady that was working was super nice and told my fiancé about a student saving account she could use for her savings that you gain a lot more interest on the money in your account. She didn’t have to offer that, but it seemed like she actually cared about us. She even gave us some suckers at the end! Very nice and helpful employee! #11127

This particular teller was very rude (as she always is), but this time I left crying. She snapped at me to give her my ID to make a deposit and when I did she snapped at me for having darker hair now and she said I need to update my license photo. She was very rude during the whole transaction until she noticed my eyes were watery. Not a good location if you have anxiety.

Best branch of all I’ve been to. Efficient, knowledgeable, great customer service. I’m picky and I’m always happy with how well they all work
