Amerifirst is a great company to go to, especially if you don’t know what you’re doing or this is your first home. Craig is who I would absolutely recommend if you want a straight honest answer to any questions. He’ll tell you what you need to do and if you do the the steps correctly, he is going to make it happen! We didn’t have a lot of faith in ourselves credit wise, in the end of it all we had ourselves an above 700 credit score and a rate of 3.5. I am not saying this will happen to everyone, I’m just letting you know that this company is dedicated into helping you get what you want if you do the work! Thank you so much Amerifirst! Brian really is the whole package! He went above and beyond to help us understand everything we needed to do to get our loan approved and closed. We had some trouble with the first company we were working with, which would cause our close date to be pushed way back to 6 weeks. We started working with Brian & he got us closed - from start to finish - in 3 weeks. He really is amazing at what he does!

Brian was technically proficient. "Bed side" manner left a lot to be desired. He was however on the ball when it came to response time within reason and explained the process just not the problems that arose very well. When problems with financing did occur he was quick to find another lender quickly and within 6 weeks were able to close on our beautiful forever home.
